I booked a tour to go rafting. Sammy picked me up on time everytime to drive me there. He arranged everything with the tour operators at the Nile and was very communicative and attentive thoughout. My 5 days trip with Deep End tours was a marvel right from airport pickup!! The team is very professional and very welcoming. I toured the sipi falls in eastern part of the country and the experience was amazing!!! Though some parts of the country don't have a reliable internet connection, the team was keen to book accomodations that had an internet connection and great services that were really worth the spend. It was a perfect 5 day tour for me and great thanks to you Samuel and the team!!

Outstanding service!

I hired this tour company to travel from the North of Uganda to Entebbe. Their service was immaculate. Very friendly driver, happy to chat or give you space if you need to relax. Water and air con was provided if needed. They were very attentive to anything I may need. They were also very knowledgeable about the country and told me many interesting facts about the areas we travelled through and the culture. If I visit again I would definitely use this tour.
