Fantastic hiking - Kilimanjaro

Me, my girlfriend and mother hiked up Kilimanjaro with John. He was a fantastic guide, calm, interested and it felt very safe and was comfortable. Despite also a bit tough with the height and walking. My friends hiked Kilimanjaro with John and did safari after my advise and was very satisfied.

We are experiencing the perfect little escape from our busy lives through this trip.

Recently my wife and I spent 2 days at Matwruni Waterfall Coffee Tour, and honestly Elia Safaris It made our 2 days special and made every moment very enjoyable. The combination of the peaceful waterfall, the aroma of freshly roasted coffee, and the friendliness of the people made it such a special experience. The coffee tour was fantastic. The people there showed us how they grow, roast, and prepare the coffee, and you can really see how much love and effort they put into it. Elia Safaris treated us like family and made us feel completely at home.

John and his team managed to show us Tanzania in a very special way. He planned the tour to be very varied. Wonderful lodges integrated in the wilderness. Sometimes feudal sometimes bush camps or coffee farms. And at the end of the tour, in a small paradise on the Indian Ocean with diving and relaxing. What more do you need ?

Reaching Mt. Meru Summit with Elia Safaris

Reaching Mt. Meru Summit with Elia Safari With two friends I did a spontaneous 3 day Mt. Meru Trekking with Elia Safari and had one of the best experience of my lifetime. They organised everything like transportation, guide, porters and also some hiking gear we hadn’t because we decided to do Mt. Meru 5 days before when we still were in Tanzania. It was all perfect. Especially our Guide Gilberth was amazing! He knows so much about the envierment and nature around and we could asked any questions. Also he was so kind and communicative that we had really good conversations during the hike. He always took care and made us stay positive so we all reached the summit easily. Thanks for this so much! When we come back for Kilimanjaro trekking we will definitely go with him again!!

We 100% recommend the Machame Route.

My wife and I just completed one of the most challenging yet rewarding adventures of our lives- the Machame Route on Mount Kilimanjaro with Elia Safaris. Our guides and porters were like angels on the trail, always checking on us, always encouraging. The climb to the summit tested our mental strength more than our legs. The Machame route took us through dense rainforests, moorlands, and barren alpine deserts, each day testing our limits. It was really not easy for us, but everything was perfectly organized by Elia team and we always felt we were very safe. We felt trekking tested physically and mentally, but it also gave us some of the most breathtaking views and humbling moments we’ve ever experienced.
