On behalf of my entire family, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. It is rare to meet such dedicated and trustworthy people. Thanks to you, we had a great experience in Tanzania. You gave us the chance to realize one of our wildest dreams, namely going on a safari lasting several days through the incredible parks of Tanzania. Being passionate about animals, seeing elephants, lions, giraffes and even hippos in their natural environment was something that really held our hearts. The trip you organized for us was an exceptional experience, filled with unforgettable moments. . A big thank you to the agency for organizing this stay. It was an amazing Trip with a lot of experiences. We saw Lions, elephants, rhinos and other impressive animals. It was a long trip with the car but it was 100% worth it

smooth communication and responds quickly

I left Zanzibar for 2 days of safari, day 1 Tarangire and day 2 Ngorongoro. I didn't have to do anything, Musa organized everything for us. Someone picked us up at our hotel in Stone Town and I was dropped off in Jambiani at the end of this magical trip. Musa took care of everything, plane ticket, shuttle and safari. We ate very well during the two days and our guide "matcha" is the best. Thanks to him we were able to see very closely: lion, zebra, elephant, giraffe, pelican, hippopotamus, baboon and many others. I want to thank Expedición de Superhéroes for such an amazing tour. My sister and I loved every single bit of it. William (our driver/guide) is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as well; made us feel safe all the time. He always got the best spot for us to see the animals. We got to see buffaloes, lions, zebras, Pumba, rhinos, elephants, giraffes, hyenas… lots of animals. It was unbelievable!! The tour to the Materuni Village was amazing as well. Jurnet, our guide for the day, he was looking after all of us at all times, making sure we were fine due to the rain and the muddy walking paths. The experience at the coffee plantation was incredible... we all had so much fun!! The hotels and the food were nice. As for the other passengers, it is better when you have the opportunity to meet people from other countries while experiencing such an amazing adventure. You guys do an amazing job, please keep it up!!! THANK YOU!!

Good safari

We went with this tour operator for a two-day, one-night safari. Everything went very well, the guide was really great, we had drivers to take us from the hotel to the airport, the safari was great! Great experience.

Family safari trip

We went on a waterfall expedition, a crater expedition, and a trip to Tarangire National Park. Everything was superbly organized. The hotels and breakfasts were first-class. We were a family with two children, ages 5 and 8. We managed to see a giraffe, a lion, a leopard, an elephant, a buffalo, antelope, a zebra, a desert fox, hippos, and tons of other animals. Lunches with the locals were great fun!

confusing in communication

In the end, I did not book with this intermediairy/travel agency. Also after paying the 10% bookingfee. - When I asked 3 questions in my email, I only got 1 answer. I had to go back and remind the operator about the other 2 questions. And then he sayd: which ones? This happenend multiple times, and worked very frustrating for me. - At a certain moment, the travel dates were mixed up by him. This was the start of my doubt and confusion. - I wanted a confirmation of the safari with the name of the tour organisation, pick up time etcetc) about 2-3 weeks before beparture. He couldnt tell me, it was unclear which one I would be going with, there was no official confirmation for me available. Only his words. - He would inform me about the safari trip 1 day before the safari starts. All together, for sure it would have worked out fine, for me this way of working was unacceptable; we didnot match.

The service was TOP✨ Our guide Elii was simply amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and deeply passionate about wildlife. He made every game drive exciting and insightful, always going the extra mile to make sure we had the best views and experiences. The chef also deserves a special mention for the delicious meals that kept us energized and happy throughout the journey. The tour was excellent value for money (Tarangire & Ngorongoro) reliable in every way, and filled with moments of genuine connection. The entire team was attentive, thoughtful, and full of warmth. They made us feel truly cared for. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a meaningful, well-organized, and unforgettable safari adventure.

Great safari company

We had a two day safari and we were so happy with expedicion de superheroes We travelled with our toddler and this means you have to follow their needs and rhythm. Therefore we made aot of lastminute chances and they were so accommodating for our family. Happy to change last minute. Which I really appreciate in a company. The safari days were awesome with our great guide William. We saw loads of animals, learned interesting facts and overall we are just happy with this experience. This safari was 14 years in the making haha but it was definitely worth it! I would recommend everybody to use expedicion de superheroes for their safari.

Flexible and responsive booking agent made for great safari experience

I had a great 3-day safari experience overall. Expedicion de Superheroes was my booking agent and helped organize additional transport for me to/from Moshi. I respect the fact that he honored a lower price for my transportation after he had misquoted me initially. The safari itself was operated by Avocet Safaris. Our safari guide, Bakari, was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were able to successfully see the Big Five over our three days in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. I still marvel at his ability to navigate those rough African "roads". Food and overall atmosphere were also excellent throughout. Truly a memorable experience!

Phenomenal

During our vacation in Zanzibar, we booked a 2-day safari trip with Expedicion de Superheroes, and it was amazing! From the very start, the team provided us with quick and detailed information, took care of all the arrangements, and were always available to answer our questions promptly. The flights were excellent, with very convenient travel times. To make the experience even more comfortable, we arrived on the mainland the night before the safari, which was included in the price. Speaking of the price, the value for money was incredible! Despite being a low-budget option, the trip offered great comfort, moderate accommodations, and absolutely delicious meals. The safari itself was breathtaking. We explored the Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater, where we saw an astonishing variety of animals, many of them up close. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience that left us in awe. We’re still overwhelmed by all the impressions and can confidently say this was the best safari experience we could have imagined. We would absolutely book with EdS again. Top-notch agency—highly recommended!

An unforgettable safari with great guide, but the logistics and accommodations should improve

The safari experience itself was amazing! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had the best possible wildlife encounters. Communication was smooth before and during the trip, and the team was always available to answer questions. However, there were a few issues with logistics and accommodations. In the first lodge, our luggage was locked in a room, and no one could open it for about 12 hours, so we didn’t have access to our personal items. Also, in both accommodations the water pressure was very low, making showers difficult. On the way to the airport, there weren’t enough seats in the van, so one person from our group had to sit on a bucket for the whole ride. Despite these problems, the overall experience and the quality of the safari were great. If the operator improves the logistics and comfort details, this would be a perfect tour.
