Awesome, patient with clients & budget clients treated like queens too via customer care, i loved it

I love, love my experience with them. They are so professional via customer care & handling different individual personalities of their clients. Patient with ladies since we take our time,usually have lots to complain but today i found nothing to complain about. My trip was a budget trip but got services onpoint 100% comfortable, social distancing transport, cool photography, professional guide. Was very lazy in mylife to go hiking before but when i tried it, i loved each moment thanks to Go explore safari, all my special epic moments were captured on camera by them without asking. Now i hv memories to see some thing positive about 2020.

Amazing experience

My expérience With GoExplore safaris was perfect ! Guide / car / accommodation / food / activities , everything was very good ! Unfortally my trip was a long the coronavirus problem and the Rwanda border will be close when i Been there, but brian help me to go back home and find me a flight ticket to go outsider the Rwanda before the lockdown. They was my better expérience With a safari company. Ps: sorry for my english haha Brian Thanks you again for everything and see you again soon !

A very great and good experience in Kenya to see big five we visit masai mara with Denis our guide and Tanzania our guides were very good we had a great trip we enjoy every second and my best spot was seeing lions hunt in the evening where they attack buffalos and like 5 lions were spotted In Uganda we only see gorillas and chimpanzee tracking my daughter was so amazed by the chimpanzees in kyambura in queen Elisabeth but we have a great trip which is unforgettable and we cant thank Victoria enough for putting together this and communication was perfect I recommend go explore safari

incredible experience with our guide jasper

in october we went on safari with goexplore safaris where victoria and jusper came to meet us at Entebbe and we went to wild waters lodge in jinja such a beautiful lodge on a small island on river nile our trip was for 10 days around Uganda where we saw gorilla and chimps the lodging was 5 star victoria's prompt response on email was amazing and i would rate her communication above 5stars we couldn't thank the team for putting together an amazing luxury safari for me and my brother thank so much we definitely will be travelling to kenya and Tanzania in the next coming year i would highly recommend their services to anyone travelling across east Africa

Great itinerary and very comfortable trip

We did 11 days “Legends of East Africa” tour which includes Tanzania, Kenia and Uganda. The itinerary is amazing – it enables you to see all the best in East Africa: wild life in Serengeti and Masai Mara (we met everyone we could meet: lions, cheetahs, leopards, a lot of antelopes, zebras, giraffes, baboons, hyenas), gorillas and chimpanzees in Uganda! Take hot air balloon in Masai Mara (optional, you need to book it advance), extra cost but it definitely worth it. Uganda is less popular as a tourist destination but definitely worth visiting – unique opportunity to visit gorillas and spend one hour with them in the forest, beautiful nature and very positive people! The program also includes visiting Masai village in Tanzania (extra cost) and traditional village in Uganda with bananas plantation. We really enjoyed lodging and meals (overall level was far above our expectations)! Lodges with nice design and views – especially in Uganda. Chris is a great guide with perfect English!

Great guide for Our Trip in Lake Mburo

We travelled from kenya to visit Uganda and brian and the guide meet us on the border in busia and we crossed to Uganda the trip to lake mburo was amazing we had horse safari mihingo lodge was a great lodge and our guide Charles was very helpful and patient.

GoExplore is a real gorgeous operator I suggest everyone choose it! Brian ,who run the company, is a young and slim boy ,has no big belly.but!trust me!he is a really good boss and can arrange everything perfect!he customized uniforms of his company and send us one T-shirt as a lovely gift. he always on line and always give you a quick respons whatever its midnight or early morning. his vehicle is in good condition , with WI-FI and charger.He always meet our needs. most of it ,he provided us a really nice price! For 15 days trip,GoExplore gave us a really nice memory and I think One of the reason I love Uganda is cuz we meet GoExplore!

Just exactly what we were expecting in Africa with GoExplore

Brian’s Communication was prompt and clear from booking to the tour itself. He emailed us in an appropriate manner and answered all our questions and she was very helpful in helping us customize Gorilla tracking safari and Safari in Kenya. He was able to recommend different lodging choices and vehicle in the event of pick up and drop off at the airport, they were flexible and kind enough to pick us up from where we were staying in Kampala. And began our journey to Bwindi later they drove us while sight-seeing different things. This was really convenient as other people I reached out to were very strict about pick-ups Brian really made everything so easy for us as travelers! He was always available on phone and made sure we had a great trip with Charles in Uganda And then we connected to Kenya for the safari experience which was incredible all because of our talented driver and guide, joseph! He was very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knows the terrain, can read animal behaviour, and can foresee the best position for viewing. I honestly feel like the driver either makes or breaks your s, and I couldn't recommend GOEXPLORE highly enough! JOSEPH knows Masai Mara park like the back of his hand which is a huge advantage! joseph really does everything he can to show you an unforgettable safari experience. We were able to see the Big 5 better than we expected.

I have been on 6 days chimpanzee tracking and gorilla trekking safari with Charles who was guide he took great care of me while in Uganda Brian put together a very good trip for me and I was able to get a gorilla permits on time for my tracking the lodges were nice and food was great It was a trip of a life time we hope to tell stories once we go back to California

as searching alot for the kind of trip i wanted ti take in africa after my son had given me a birthday gift i told him i had always wanted a trip to Africa and my choice was kenya and uganda where i looked around and found go explore a proffesional company which helped me plan and gave me a non rushy programe and brian sent me a very well put together safaris which combined kenyas masai mara and hells gate snd amboseli i slept at Ol tukai i think its the best lodge in Amboseli i tracked the mountain gorillas in bwindi and chimps in kibale and also little did i know of the goldne monkeys in mgahinga Uganda is the most beautiful country you can ever visit the hills and the weather i loved interacting with the locals where i took a canoe boat on lake goerge by Derick of kasoga the experience was great thank you Go explore the team did a great job and ofcousre moses my guide in Uganda had the best knowledge of his country

Enjoyed ourselves

Firstly, operator's response is super. Their quick reply gives us a feeling of trust with GoExplore even though we are not out of Uganda. This trait is worthy of note. Tour experience is of course great, we can see a lot of animals including leopards, elephants, lions with inexpensive price. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience from beginning of booking until end of trip!

My two adult daughters and I traveled on a custom itinerary in September 2018. After comparing prices and services of multiple safari companies in Uganda, we chose booking with Brian and GoExplore Safaris. We chose this company because of the range of services, the cost, and Brian's excellent communication. I told him what our needs and interests were and he made sure he included all that we were hoping for. GoSafari prices were comparable to other companies but what stood out with me the most was that Brian, owner and tour operator, communicated quickly, efficiently and welcoming before, during and after the trip. Although he was not our driver for the trip, he met us at the airport in the middle of the night with Moses, who would be our driver for the week, which was a nice touch. Brian also continued to check on us throughout the week, making sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Moses, our driver, was superior in all ways. He was knowledgeable, calm, a great driver, and always made sure we were taken care of, safe, and punctual for anything that we were scheduled for. We were in very good hands with Moses and Brian. Brian and Moses both get 5 plus star ratings for everything they did for us. We traveled to Murchison Falls, QE National Park, Kibale NP, Bwindi Imp. Forest, did rhino trekking, chimp and gorilla trekking, took 2 boat trips, visited an orphanage, school and communities (something we requested) and much more and stayed in accommodations with beautiful views. It's unbelievable that we saw and experienced so much of Uganda in 9 days. It's amazing we were able to do it for the price as well. I would recommend, without reservation, this company and it's employees. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and an enjoyable, learning experience.

i have never seen a lot of wild animals in life like in masai mara

Me and my friends had a work program in Kenya and so later we decided to take a trip around before we flew back home in Australia, after our program for 5 days trip in lake Nakuru and Masai Mara so we made a search around checked on trip adviser and we found go explore with 5 stars around, Brenda was responding to our emails always we stayed at Sarova lion hill game lodge this is a very nice place with great staff and plenty of food in Nakuru the staff were always helpful, I saw lions after our guide Charles had told us lions are rare in this place so it was so fortunate for us. We slept at Hammerkop in Masai mara one night and ngerede in the wild which is a very beautiful lodge just overlooking the plains of Masai Mara we were able to see the big five on this short trip thanks to the team for organizing this great short trip.

The experience was like a road trip with friends rather than a tour- full of snacks, jokes & sights!

Traveling with GoExplore Safaris was the best choice I could have made. I was traveling alone to Uganda, and I was a little nervous when planning the trip. On top of planning a fantastic trip for the three days, I booked them for; they also ensured the transportation and the activities that I had scheduled for the other four days were safe and quality places. Furthermore, When planning the trip, he communicated over whats app and would respond in minutes to any of the million questions that I had. Overall this trip exceeded my expectations. As a recent college grad I was on a limited budget, but with their help, I was able to go to botanical gardens, go to the swamp on Lake Victoria and see a shoebill, see gorillas, go on a village tour and go white water rafting. Even along the road as we drove there were terrific views overlooking the gorgeous country of Uganda. Lastly, the trip was like a road with old friends. We ate snacks, listened to fun music, and by the last day were cracking up at inside jokes. We might have started as businessmen and client, but by the end of the trip, we all left as friends. it was very good trip with go explore safaris in tanzania

I would be so naïve if I had never planned this trip to Tanzania with this company after a period of searching on trip advisor and other travel websites I found go explore safaris and sent them my trip request for me and my daughters as they had gotten holidays from there college and I decided to plan for them a trip to Africa. Tanzania was the main destination so brian was the main correspondence person who responded to all my emails, he gave us a very nice tailor made trip proposal for 11 days in Tanzania visiting all the top destinations in Tanzania. so after a few emails and couple of questions we trusted this company and made our trip meet our expectations. my kids were so happy we had the very best of the trip we visited tarangire national park, Serengeti, lake manyara and Ngorongoro reserve which were so much full of wildlife and the evolving masai cultural visit in olpopongi in Arusha the lodges we slept in were very nice and clean me and my kids shared a very nice family room at Serengeti Serena lodge which had the best views in the plains hamza our guide was a very experienced driver guide and had a lot of information about his country and was happy sharing every moment making the trip so much fun I definitely have to recommend the services of your company to anyone travelling here in east Africa and looking forward to coming back to track the gorillas in uganda.

An Incredible and Breathtaking Experience

I went on a Safari as part of a group of 12 with Go Explore Safaris in early August 2018. It was an incredible experience and one I would not change in any way. Our safari was based in the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park. We saw so many amazing animals such as Warhogs, Buffaloes, Chimpanzees, Water bucks, Uganda Kobs, Leopards, Hippos, Lions, Monkeys, Rhinos, Elephants and more. Go Explore Safaris did their absolute best to ensure we saw these animals while out exploring. On day one we were handed an outstanding itenery which included so many activities, such as multiple game drives, chimpanzee trekking and a trip on a boat on a lake. It was all very well organized and so much was packed into our limited time there. We stayed at Buffalo Safari Lodge which is located in Queen Elizabeth National Park. We were treated like royalty. The breakfast, lunch and suppers were delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The views were unbelievable. The staff were very friendly and willing to do anything for us. You really felt at one with the wildlife in the park. Brian was our main tour guide and was the one who organized the entire trip for us. He was fantastic. He was very easy to get along with and extremely efficient in every aspect of the Safari. He could not have done more to ensure we had the very best experience of Queen Elizabeth National Park. I could not fault Brian in any way, he is what all Safari men should aspire to be. I would recommend Go Explore Safaris to anyone interested in doing a Safari in Africa and I honestly don’t think anyone could be disappointed with their service.
