I would recommend this tour operator. They communicatie very fast and the Safari was amazing! Unfortunately we miss or flight on our way back, they directly booked a really Nice hotel in Arusha for free.

VERY RESPONSIBLE

The money paid for the visit to Serengueti Park was fair because we had excelentes tour guide and chófer, we saw amanzing herds of wild animales and they gave us enough time to enjoy such beauty , but also we had time to take beautiful pictures.when we asked about wild life about animales we saw Anita my tour guide showed great knwoledge about them. The tents in Serengueti were very confortable, and food good. In general I would rate my experience in Serengueti 5/5.

Great trip

We had a 4 days - private safari, 3 days in different national parks and the last day at the foot of the Kilimanjaro with waterfall and coffee tour. All the tours were really amazing. Special thanks to our safari guide who gave us a lot of infos about the places and animals and made out tour unforgettable. The food offered was tasty, there wasn't a single meal we didn't like. The only negative I can say about this trip is that our domestic flight back to Zanzibar was cancelled and the organisers didn't inform us about this so we had to wait 8 hours at the tiny airport until 2 am for the next flight because everything else in between was booked out last minute.

Wonderful experience!!

The value was perfect! We did eat both days in the safari real food!! So good! They booked everything and were always worried with everything since Zanzibar until the end of the trip! I really loved it and the 3 that were with me! Joseph was five star!!

Joseph from Intimacy Adventure was great to deal with from start to finish and made the whole experience seamless. We were sent a very clear, professional looking itinerary that sold us on the trip and lived up to the hype.in reality too. The safari's themselves were also superb, the guides went to great effort to make sure we had the best possible experience. I give particular credit to one of our guides, Malisa, who made our tour of Tanagire particularly special with his passion and personality, and going the extra mile to get us to all the best experiences. Our guide for the waterfalls trip, Mussa, was also exceptional. He provided an inspiring warmth in his personality, made sure we were always smiling and comfortable, and I know that one day he will make an exceptional safari guide! Our trip to Tanzania was honestly great! We explored the Serengeti, Tarangire, the olduvai gorge and the crater of humankind. Apart from checking almost every animal off our list, we had the oportunity to connect with such powerful and energetic places. This kind of disconnection and self connection is not easy to come by now a days. Godfree was our tourguide. He is honestly one of the nicest people I have met. We not only taught me to speak swahili in 4 days but he also proved him self as a sensitive person and a nature lover and protector. He is very smart and serious in what he does but he is always very fun aswell. I would recomment Godfree to anyone who is looking to have an amazing, safe and unforgettable experience in Tanzania.

From the get-go, Joshua and the team's professionalism and expertise were apparent. They gave thorough pre-trip info, ensuring I was ready for the adventure. The small group size allowed for personalized attention, fostering a great sense of camaraderie among us adventurers. We enjoyed excellent accommodation and delicious food throughout our journey. Moreover, our wildlife sightings exceeded expectations, providing us with numerous memorable encounters with various animals.

Overall good experience

Communication with Pritika was quick and good. As far as I understand, she probably doesn't have a guide she works with regularly. I got the impression that she's more of a reseller. During the five-day safari, I was with different guides and a changing group of participants who had booked with other tour operators. The first guide, Gerson, was well-connected with the other guides, so he not only exchanged the latest sightings via radio but also received quick assistance when he drove the vehicle into the mud. The information wasn't always accurate or was sometimes misleading. For example, I had to share a hotel room on the first night even though a single room had been advertised, the safari in the Ngorongoro Crater only lasted until midday (vs. "You'll be in the crater most of the day"), most days we were with seven people instead of six as stated on the website, and the lodge for the last night was changed at the last minute. Overall, it was a good experience.

Jackson was our tour guide and driver and he was vivacious and knowledgeable about the various parks, the flora, and fauna. He encouraged us to ask questions! I had an excellent experience on the 4-Day Shared Safari Tour. The communication was timely and direct before and during the tour and all of my queries were answered timely and to my satisfaction. During the tour, everything was well planned and organized and everything was provided as per the initially declared details.
