We had a fantastic trip. We found exactly what we were looking for and very often what we found was beyond our expectations. No problems during the whole duration of the safari. The only small issue is that we forgot an ebook at the last hotel we stayed and Kiliholidays managed to collect it send it to us before our departure from Tanzania.

Amazing service and experience

We booked a 9 day tour including Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Great Migration and Tarangire with Kiliholidays early in April. Communications with Mack and his team were fluent by email and WhatsApp, patiently answering all our questions until we fully understood the options. Prices were very competitive compared to the other three agencies we compared with so we went for Kiliholidays. The tour was perfect. We were a group of 8 in 2 Land Rovers. Drivers, Eduard and Thomas, were extremely professional, informed, patient, friendly and helpful. They spotted many animals for us and made sure we were at the right time and place for the incredible Wildebeest crossing of the Mara river. We chose budget hotels and still they were great; staff was always very kind, rooms were clean and food was excellent. The tented camps in Serengetti were just amazing in comfort and service. All in all, we had a great tour and we would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a Tanzanian experience.

It was absolutely perfect!

We had a perfect safari with the tour guide Thomas from kiliholiday. Organisation: First of all everything was very well organised. transport from and to the Airport was even included. Mac (main contact) is a really cool guy who is very dedicated and you can ask him everything. He always answers in a few minutes. The safari: Thomas is a very well experienced tour guide and a very good driver. He also has a very good Knowledge of the Different animals and answered every question. In total we saw six Lions and douzens of elephants, Zebras, wilder beasts and so on. But the highlight were the lions. Food: everything was included (breakfast, lunch and Dinner). You get a really big lunch box so you will never be hungry. Conclusion: in Our opinion the best company.

Kiliholidays Tours & Safaris presented me with a proposal for the safari I chose, and it didn't disappoint me, since the hotels, lodges or campgrounds, transfers, everything was agreed, was fulfilled. We visited all the planned parks and had the opportunity to see the wonder of being in a place where wildlife can live its life.

A dream come true

We always wanted to live a safari in Tanzania, and Kiliholidays made the dream a reality. The accomodations were interesting and amazing, and the experience overall was incredible. Our Guide, Justin, was so nice, so funny and so attentive, the trip was perfect. Everything was planned very easily and clearly, and all went perfect, sticking to the plan.

5 wonderful days

Everything was fine. The hotel in Arusha people very kindly end the hotel clean. Tanaka lodge super and clean. Our guide agostino was the best we find for us all animals in the parks. For me the best park is Serengeti . All was better than I think

Amazing trip to Serengeti

We had a stunning trip to Serengeti. From the first contact with owner Mack communication was perfect. All our wishes were accommodate at any time. Our driver Thoma was not onöy having amazing wildlife knowledge and spotting skills but as well he always tried to avoid the crowds of other cars, what allowed ius to have a very private experience of Serengeti. Of course as well the stomac engineer Daniel did a fantastic job, the food was so so good... Thanks again to the whole crew for an unforgettable experience. We would definitely choose Kiliholidays Tours again.

Well-organized and itinerary exactly as described!

I am so glad we booked with Kiliholidays! Mack, the owner of the tour company, was excellent in communicating with me via email! He was quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. We booked two tours: Mt. Kilimanjaro 6-day Marangu route and also a 3 night/4 day safari. Both were amazing and unforgettable experiences! For Mt. Kilimanjaro tour: what can I say, we LOVED our guides Paroko and Baracka!!! They were so friendly, encouraging, helpful and wonderful to talk to! Our porters and cook were also fantastic! Perhaps bring an extra blanket to keep you warm during the cold nights as the sleeping bags they provided could have been better, but other than that, we had a great time! For our safari, we went to Tarangire, the Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater. Each park was beautiful and our guide, Thomas, was excellent! He was able to find so many animals for us. It was crazy how sharp his eye was! We saw the big 4 on the first day thanks to him! We stayed at Farm of Dreams Lodge and Tukaone Camp. WOW!!! Loved both!!! Loved the comfort of a wonderful hotel at Farm of Dreams Lodge and the awesome experience of “glamping” at Tukaone!!! Very glad we booked with Kiliholidays! Very transparent, trustworthy company that delievered what they promised in our discussions!

Very responsive--Kiliholidays took care of all the logistics & planning; highly recommended.

Our group of 3 HIGHLY recommends Edward as guide! He was fun, knowledgable & very responsive to our interests. (He even squeezed in an extra 1/2 trip to a coffee farm, just because we asked.) If you're lucky enough to get him, tell him we said "Jambo!" Really like how Kiliholidays organized this 5 day tour, taking care of all logistics, including pick up from airport. Each night we stayed at a different location, & it was all very easy/well-planned. Even camp sites were more like "glamping", so no hardship on city folks or those in less-than-athletic shape. We saw a TON of animals each day! Seriously--leopards 4 days IN A ROW!

Trip of a life time

The Kiliholidays team is very competent, always attentive to travelers, we had problems with our and plane and they came directly to our "rescue", it's really a great team totally dedicated. Their respond by Email and WhatsApp was really fast! They are very well organized and help you with everything. The payment by credit card worked well. The tour was wonderful. Thomas our driver spoke perfect English and knew a lots of details about everything. Daniel our cook/stomach engineer prepared great food. He also built up oir tent so that we had more time to relax. We had booked a camping safari, but because one of the cottages at our first campsite was vacant we could use it. They clearly exceeded our expectations.

Worth every penny!

Our 4-day camping safari was an experience my boyfriend and I will never forget! Not only did we see so many different animals on our game drives, but we also learned so much about each of them thanks to our driver and new friend, Godson! His humor and knowledge of the region made the trip extra special and we were so sad to say good-bye to him when he dropped us off at the airport. Our chef, Danny, made incredible food and kept us very well fed! Overall, this safari was amazing and surpassed our expectations - especially during the rainy/'off' season!

The service lived up to expectations. KhiliHolidays ensured that we were informed about every little detail prior to the event. The only thing I wish is that this package included Mt Kilimanjaro tour instead of Lake Manyara. Lake Manyara does not add any new perspective after visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

Great Experience, flexible arrangements

Edward our driver and David our cook collected myself and my wife from our Arusha accommodation early on day one. We were the only ones on this safari. We visited three parks, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Our first night was in a fixed tent with toilet and shower whereas the other three were under canvas alongside other safari tours sharing facilities. David managed magnificent meals cooked from ingredients taken with us and made on a single gas burner in the communal kitchens. We had more than enough to eat. The safari allowed us to see all big five animals close up from our extending roof six seat Landrover, often lions, giraffe and zebra were just a few feet away. Edward made sure that we saw everything possible. Ngorongoro crater was most impressive. We were at our request taken to the western gate to continue our African adventure to be put on board a bus to Mwanza where we caught the train to Dar and continued our travels to Zanzibar. An excellent trip especially with Edwards animal knowledge, good spoken English and David's cooking.
