Extremely professional tour operator and guide

We hired Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club for a 5-day northern circuit safari, starting and ending in Arusha and including Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. The entire experience was as smooth as it possibly could have been. From the very start, the company's representatives were prompt and flexible in drafting a safari plan to fit our needs. Payments and related processes were quite smooth. When it came to the Safari, we couldn't have asked for a more professional, experienced and knowledgeable guide than Mr. Denis Frank. He led the way through the entire 5-day trip (from airport pickup till airport drop-off). There were occasions where we encountered other travelers' vehicles in difficult situations (broken down / stuck in mud), and watching Denis help others made us appreciate the experienced hands we were in. He was very punctual, respectful and warm; made us comfortable right when he picked us up and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the trip. He was also quite knowledgeable: would easily tell us which bird / animal we had spotted and would go the extra mile to make sure we got a chance to spot rare ones as well. Because of his efforts and our luck, we were able to spot the Big 5, despite it being the low season. Price-wise, it's hard to beat them. Accommodations were top-class with excellent hospitality all throughout. Our dietary restrictions (vegetarianism) were followed with care. Overall, the entire ship is run like a well-oiled machine, and I would strongly recommend this company, and in particular, our guide, Denis.

We recently returned from a 6-day/5-night safari tour in Tanzania this past November 2024 with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Our guide, Justin, a local expert with an in-depth knowledge of the wildlife, made each day of our adventure special. His passion for the land and animals was contagious, and his expertise ensured we had the best possible experience. We explored multiple game reserves, including the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater as well as Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks, where we saw an incredible array of animals in their natural habitats — lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetah and even the elusive rhinoceros! The booking experience was also a highlight. The team at Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. Their online booking system was straightforward, and I received prompt responses to every question I had. They were very attentive and provided all the details needed to plan the perfect safari, which made me feel confident from start to finish. The accommodations were beyond my expectations. Staying in luxurious tented camp right in the heart of the Serengeti was an experience like no other. The food was very good with a hot lunch served during game drives. Every meal was a treat during and after a day of thrilling wildlife sightings. The attention to detail, from the comfort of the lodgings to the amazing staff, made the entire trip seamless. What stood out the most was the level of professionalism and passion shown by the staff at all lodgings and Air Tanzania. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and safety, and Justin, in particular, made sure we never missed a moment of magic. Each morning, we were up early for a game drive, and the days were filled with awe-inspiring moments. Amazing safari!

Everything was simply perfect and wonderful! From the first contact with Rajab, who has sent us the offer immdiately (we didn‘t even wait 24 hours). He was as well our guide for Arusha what we absolutely recommend to do. As this city has so many intersting things to discover and it simply suits perfect in a safari programm. Then Vicent, our guide. He is absolutely amazing and made all our wishes and dreams come true. He is so lovely and knows evereything about the animals and the Maasay people that we also visited, also to recommend. He was very good in finding all kind of animal and showing them to us. We really appreciate him and couldn‘t imagine a better guide than Vicent! We have to say as well that all the accomodations perfectly fitted. Our safari honeymoon trip was simply unforgettable and amazing! Thanks a lot again! We would recommend it to everyone and one of our friends even booked already!

Perfect trip

We are very satisfied of our complete experience with Kilimanjaro Adventure safari Club. The organisation was great The accommodations were perfect, high standard with good food eveywere and the staff were really kind and helpful everywere. We recommend so much our driver, guide, friend Yao. We really hope to be able to come back and share this all experience with him again. We learn so much with all the stories Yao told us. We could see the big five in one day, thanks to Yao skill. All the office staff is very Nice and available all the time. We were ver nicely welcomed by the boss at the hotel who explain all the following step and answered all the questions we could have. We recommend strongly this company for safari.

Great company, great organisation

The organisation around the tour is fantastic. The team that coordinates the tours, answer to emails and book the accommodations are incredible. They reply fast, they organize the tour according to your desires and they book accommodations that are luxurious, intimate and where you will be able to rest peacefully. The different national parks are also incredible. We saw many animals and the experience was great. However, you have to be informed that the road in Tanzania are really difficult, especially to go to Serengeti. It is bumpy and really far so you may take that in consideration when choosing the duration of the tour. We chose 5 days, and I would have preferred to take 6 days to separate the driving time and have more time to enjoy the accommodations. The only reason why I have to put a lower rate on this tour is because of our guide. Everyday, he was late, was spending a lot of time on his cellphone during lunch/diner (when we were eating together) and we was not precise on the organization of toilets/water/driving distance etc. Also, he seemed not aware that we had book a modified tour, which would make us uncertain at different time during the safari. We felt that we had to specify our needs really often. Also, he would always stop on the road during the safaris to talk with other guides (during several minutes).

LIFE CHANGING!

We recently celebrated our honeymoon in Tanzania and booked with Kilimanjaro adventure safari club! The best decision ever!! When we booked, the director immediately communicated with us via email and WhatsApp to provide us with all the information needed to prepare us for our trip. Once we arrived to Tanzania, we were greeted at the airport by our amazing tour guide, Sifuni! He drove us to our hotel and promptly greeted us the next morning for our 4 day safari tour! We began our tour on the Tarangire, then the Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Manyara national parks where we face to face with the almost the BIG 5 ( we didn’t get to see a rhino) and other amazing animals. We also were able to experience the Maasai tribe, which was absolutely life changing. Brought tears to my eyes. Sifuni was very knowledgeable during each of our tour days. He knew specific details about every animal we encountered and ensured we got the best photos possible. I would 100% book this tour company and guide again in the near future. The value of the tour was worth It especially for everything you got to see and how much was included: private tour guide, lodging, meals, an amazing experience. We stayed at Eileens trees inn and Into wild Africa luxury tents for our lodging. Comfortable and great service! We will definitely keep in touch with Sifuni for our next journey to Tanzania!

This is an unforgettable safari trip

We participated in a safari trip of 7 days and 6 nights this time, 3 days of which we stayed in a tent, and we heard the roar of lions at night, which was super exciting. BIG5 saw everything except the hard-to-find leopards, and it was close to the rhinos. February is also the calving season in the southern Serengeti. We saw a lot of baby animals, which were very cute. Our driver and guide Denis not only has excellent driving skills, but is also familiar with the habits of many animals. He have done so much to ensure us a perfect experience and an amazing stay in north national parks of Tanzania. I did the 5-day safari, visiting Lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. The person in charge of Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club was professional from the first message. Leonard was the guide for the week. He is really amazing!!! Recently, my wife and I traveled to Tanzanian prairie to follow the great migration of animals. This is the safari of a lifetime. We were lucky to have chosen the right time for our safari and even more luckier to have chosen the right tour operator. Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club is a local travel agency in Arusha. The owner is very dedicated and greets guests personally. We arrived around one in the morning due to flight delay. But the owner was still waiting for us at the hotel. The next morning, the owner rushed back again to the hotel to see us off for our safari. During the safari, the owner would often care about our daily life through the driver. We pay tribute to owner. We are also grateful to him for arranging an excellent and dedicated driver and guide for us. Joshua, who has more than ten years of safari experience, gallops on the prairie, and is very familiar with the roads. Safari requires experience and luck. under Joshua's guidance, we not only saw the Big Five of Africa, but also witnessed the spectacular scene of thousands of wildebeests crossing the Mara River. We had a great eight days on the prairie with Joshua and we will miss him. We wish Joshua, his wife and children a happy life.

If I could change anything, we would spend more days and add a night safari. Trip of a lifetime.
