Trustworthy travel agency, perfect satisfaction

I compared and quoted many travel agencies on safaribookings.com. Kilimanjaro Adventure club was very prompt, accurate and kindly supported my travel plan. I trusted makoninde to deposit the advance payment. The guide denis, was an expert and explained everything from small animals to big cats in detail, and did her best to observe them from a good location. His driving was perfect. They were delicate and experienced. They had a great vehicle and enjoyed the rough terrain without obstacles. I recommend this travel agency without hesitation.

Great experience

I've asked and compared 4 offers from different agencies, and finally I'm happy to have chosen Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari! Couldn't do a better choice. Our tour was starting from Arusha, including 1 day at Tarangire, two and a half at Serengeti, then Ngorongoro and finally Lake Manyara to get back to Arusha. Our guide was Yao, an experienced guide, ready to give us all the advices and to look for the wildlife. We've seen all we aimed to see and the Safary at the Sunrise was amazing. All the places we've slept were super nice and confortable. The car was always clean and with plenty of water. Thanks again to Yao, to Prince that was super-reactive to answer all our questions and to Mr. Makoninde that came to welcome us on our arrival. You won't regret this choice!

An unforgettable tour filled with awe and wonder

The safari trip with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club was excellent. They responded quickly to my inquiry right from the start, and answered all my questions promptly. I was able to book with a reliable travel agency at a reasonable price. To my surprise, they even came to pick me up at the airport, even though I arrived the day before my safari, making it incredibly easy to get to my accommodation. Additionally, they kept their promises on time, and everything from the delicious food to the great accommodations was spot on. I can’t think of any reason not to recommend them.

An unforgettable trip of a lifetime thanks to the staff of Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club.

Truly, the safari was an amazing experience. Our guide, Emｍanuel, was charming with a big smile, and he had an incredible eye for finding animals and knowledge of them. The big 5 completed in the first 2 days(very lucky! and Happy!). One day we had a vehicle problem, of course that was not the fault of the operator or the guide and was resolved on the same day, the team of guides on site were supportive and enabled us to continue the trip and enjoy it. It was even an opportunity to meet another guide, Denis, for an afternoon, he was also very nice. Office staff, Prince, was also very professional, quick to respond and accurate about inquiries and booking process. In total, I assure that the operator and the guides are trustworthy, friendly, and able to handle even in case of an unexpected happening, they have a lot of experience to make the guests enjoy. Big thanks to all Kilimanjaro crew, and hope to come back there soon.

The perfect safari

My husband and I did the 5-day safari, visiting Lake Manyara, Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and 2 nights at the Serengeti. The whole trip was incredible. We got to see elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, monkeys, wilderbeasts, buffalos, hyenas just to name a few. Tarangire was just breathtaking and definitely one of our favourite visits. Our guide Emmanuel was amazing, full of knowledge about all the animals, the forest and taught us lots about Tanzanian way of life. Accommodation was all fantastic, we stayed at Eileen's lodge before and after the Serengeti and in tented lodges in the Serengeti and overall a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend. Great Experience

We booked a safari for Tanzania with Kilimanjaro Adventure Club. From the Sales person ( Prince) to our guide ( Gerson) to the manager ( Aenea) we had a great experience. Our baggage was delayed by the airplane , right from coordinating that to making sure we had water, snacks, good daily made fresh meal ( not a boxed meal) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting once more when possible.

My wife and I have just returned from a 5-day safari with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club (KASC). I cannot emphasize enough our level of satisfaction. We had a complete experience that started with the sensitive process of defining the route, the level of the lodges, and the price. I must say that, after comparing several proposals from different companies, we found the program and cost offered by KASC the best option in terms of value for money. And we are even more certain now. Then the small but important details like feeling they think about our needs. Even when we were boarding our flight, we received a message wishing us a safe flight. The company was aware we were boarding. The pick-up was smooth, we were greeted by Adam and his big and warm smile, our wonderful guide from that moment. Adam is exactly what you expect from a guide in a safari. Someone intelligent, with a perfect English, a college graduate who has worked for years in national parks. A responsible driver who made us feel completely safe in the comfortable Toyota Landcruiser safari vehicle, even when driving conditions were challenging. Very experienced as a guide, it was like he knew the psychologies of every species we encountered, what the elephants mean by their behavior, when the Chita will attack, why in some species like lions or buffalos the old males are alone, etc, etc. Adam was also funny, and he shared with us interesting stories that we enjoyed listening and appreciating the way he was raised. We highly recommend KASC, and we thank them for the unforgettable memories that will remain with us forever.

Great, friendly team

We had a wonderful time on our safari with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. Communications were excellent from start to finish, including making the travel arrangements and itinerary prior to our trip, with all questions answered very promptly. We were greeted upon arrival at our hotel in Arusha by the KASC manager, Makoninde and he helped us check-in and answer any questions about our safari plans. On safari, Langeni, our driver/guide, was extremely knowledgeable and kind, he pointed out every animal we saw and explained the difference between different species. His driving was excellent in terms of getting to where we needed to be to see all the animals, especially on the wilderbeast migration. Langeni cleaned the jeep daily and the jeep provided excellent views of our surroundings. It was very spacious and had very comfy seats to combat the bumpy rides. The various accommodation we stayed in (a mix of lodges and tents) was very good, the food was good across the lodges especially HHando coffee lodge. The itinerary was overall very good apart from lake manyara which we concluded was not worth the visit due to the run down environment and lack of wild life. Overall, a very memorable trip! Thank you to KASC and team for a wonderful safari adventure!

Amazing experience!!

What a special experience and impeccable service!! We decided to travel to Tanzania just a few days before departure. Rajab was able to organise for us the trip of a lifetime in just one day, providing us the best possible offer without compromising on the service and quality of the trip. We were incredibly well welcomed to Tanzania and promised to come home with unforgettable memories. And so we did! Gasper, our driver, guided us around for a week, we’ve seen every possible animal we could see, beautiful landscapes, breathtaking views, delicious food, comfortable and elegant accommodations, everything surpassed any expectations! I've bene, with my wife,last february in Tanzania and i came across this agency that i can only speak well, clean and confortable means of transport, very good italian-speaking guide, never aswerve in traveling bumpy traks, hotel accommodations above all expectations, the variety of food served at noon can be improved, preparation of the trip online always collaborative and presente. And last but no least, eccellente value for Money. Highly recommended.

We decided to go for a private 4 day safari (3 nights). The tour operator can adapt depending on your budget/what tou want to do. We went to: - Tarangire - Serengeti - Ngorongoro - Lake Myanara We slept the first and third nights in an amazing hotel (Tloma Lodge) and the second night in luxury camp directly in the Serengeti, amazing. Dennis our guide shared all his knowledge with us, been doing this job for 17 years! It was really a pleasure Overall, the tour operator was perfect and the trip created memories for a lifetime!

My partner and I booked the 5 day safari with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club at the beginning of June. We had an amazing experience with the company from the moment of booking to the very end of our trip. Makonide, the director, made us feel at home straight away and was very friendly and helpful when were deciding when to travel to Tanzania. Our guide, Denis, was incredible and knew exactly where to drive us in the natural reserves so that we would have the best shot at seeing the animals. We even managed to see the very rare rhino thanks to Denis and his tricks. What was really nice is that we didn't have to plan or book anything ourselves. We were very happy with the accommodations they booked for us, including a night of glamping in the Serengeti. In all the places we stayed at the hospitality was great and the rooms were very comfortable. We had lunch and (cold) water provided each day. We had more than enough food to fill us, and while the food varied, it mostly consisted of: fruit, fruit juice, some chocolate/biscuits, nuts (if the monkeys don't steal them), roast chicken and sandwiches. In addition to the safari, Denis proposed visiting a Maasai tribe, a nomadic farming people, and proposed visiting a coffee plantation. We walked through the coffee farms with the local guide, Clemens, who taught us about the process of making coffee. We ended the visit by making our own coffee from the dry bean and took it back to the UK with us. On our final day, Denis drove us to the airport where we found our flight had been delayed and moved to a different airport! Without asking for any additional fees, Denis stayed with us that afternoon and showed us around the local markets until our later flight time - we would have been completely stuffed without him and his colleague Mary. Why should you chose this company over others? Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club is a well organised company and you can tell that Makonide really values the experience of his clients because he will pair you up with someone like our incredible guide Denis, who was accommodating for any other requests we had (buying a SIM card for internet, withdrawing currency etc), and who really went above and beyond when our flight was cancelled.
