I would like to note an excellent organisation of this tour. In advance Kubwa Five Safaris created whats app groupe for me so I had contacts of people who assisted me during my travel. I was picked up at the airport. My guide was waiting for me. The accommodations chosen for this trip were correct, clean with good service. The choice of restaurants corresponded the rate of this tour. We visited wonderfull places with beautiful landscapes, I enjoyed game drive and visit of Etosha parc. My driver was a professional guide, so I had explanations on historical events, culture, geology, flore and faune of the sites that we visited. Kubwa Five Safaris chose reliable partners in Namibia, that made my trip safe and I would like to thank them for that.

Fun vacation

Travelling in Uganda is surprisingly fun and a whole expirence . And Kubwa made it better for me and my family . They took as all the places we wanted to visit and took us in nice hotels showed me another side of Uganda definitely traveling with them again.

Kubwa Five and their in country person Sylvia, of Ompo travel really delivered on an adventurous trip that took us through the diverse terrains of Namibia and showed them in all their glory. Our guide and driver, John was excellent, he was an outstanding birder which we really appreciated, and patient and helpful in supporting us through all our activities. Great trip, great service, I would definitely recommend them to others planning a trip to Namibia !

Big Five and More!

We had high expectations and Kubwa Five exceeded them all! We had them plan the entire itinerary, since we’d never been to Africa before. They selected the lodges, guides, and which parks we would see- all were fantastic! We saw many animals, even some that surprised our guides (caracol cat and a Pels fishing owl) In Botswana we did land and water tours in the Okavango Delta, Khwai and Chobe River. In Tanzania, we spent time in Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Tarangire. All the lodges were great, food was delicious and plentiful, but the guides made it spectacular. Their knowledge of the locales and animal behaviors were key to seeing the wide variety that we did. Kubwa kept in touch with us during the trip making sure everything went well and keeping us informed of any changes. We are heading back again next year and will definitely use Kubwa Five again.

Highly recommendable

Various cat species were observed such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Apart of the big cats, we also saw animals. The most unforgettable experience was seeing a leopard chase an antelope. The guide had a high level of enthusiasm and a willingness to accommodate our needs, ensuring that we had the most comprehensive safari experience available. He ensured our sense of safety for the entirety of the safari and accommodated our requests to stop the vehicle for the purpose of capturing photographs.

Amazing safari through 3 countries

Kubwa 5 did an amazing job planning our safari vacation. We had them arrange a 7 day trip through Zambia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe that had a variety of activities from game drives, river cruises, quad biking, and more. Everything that they planned went super smoothly and all of the places we stayed were great! Kubwa 5 went above and beyond when our flight to Africa was cancelled and rebooked to a day later by rebooking all of hotels and activities to accommodate our unexpected change in plans. We were still able to experience our trip originally as planned thanks to their quick action to help us. We would definitely book with them again.

My guide, Mustafah, made the entire trip unforgettable—patient, funny, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. He kept me safe and created the most relaxed, enjoyable experience. Murchison Falls was stunning, Pakuba Lodge was peaceful and full of wildlife, and at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary he handed me off to a trusted ranger for an amazing rhino-tracking walk. If you’re planning on safari, request Mustafah and Kubwa 5. Truly exceptional.

Everything was impeccably planned and executed. Before and during the trip we always felt perfectly informed and well taken care of. During planning, Joseph was highly flexible and created an itinerary tailored to us. He was a great tour guide with knowledge about all animals and birds we encountered. He is also a very likable person and we felt very secure with him all the time. We especially valued his punctuality and high standards of professionalism. After the 3 days visit to Murchison Falls National Park, were taken to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for Gorilla trekking, and then transferred to Kibale National Park for Chimpanzees tracking. Kubwa Five Safaris organized permits for Gorilla and Chimpanzee visits so we didn't have to worry about this. The two activities in Bwindi and Kibale were out of this world. The hikes were a bit long but worth it, you got to travel to Uganda and book with this company to have such a great lifetime safari experience. Uganda is greatly gifted by nature, there is a lot to explore. Thanks again for the wonderful time and we can highly recommend going on a safari with this company.

Peter had exceptional proficiency in positioning us in close proximity to the game, displaying a remarkable sense of direction. During our observation, a significant number of animals and a diverse array of bird species were sighted. We had the opportunity to observe the renowned "Big Five" creatures, an experience that left an indelible impression on us. Additionally, we had the chance to tour a Maasai village, engage in dialogue with members of the Maasai community, and get insights into their cultural practices and lifestyle. The entire experience was quite enjoyable and filled with numerous thrilling encounters. The safari landcruiser provided a comfortable and spacious setting.

Wonderful world of animals

We saw a lot of animals, thanks to our guide. He tried very hard to get us as close to the animals as possible. It was never boring, there was always something to discover, he explained everything we wanted to know. The lodges varied greatly, from clean, friendly and just perfect to...well... I can only recommend that everyone book the mountain tour separately. Unfortunately, this was a catastrophic organization and very annoying. The mountain guide had no contact with KubwaFive, he didn't know the program we had booked!!! - The reason for only 3 stars! As mentioned, we were very lucky with our guide Tony - he made the vacation unforgettable and beautiful for us

Our safari was booked very last minute. Despite traveling during the high season, Kubwa Five found us amazing lodgings and hugely experienced guides. The experience was a trip of a lifetime. As first time travelers to Africa, it would have been impossible to put together such a fantastic trip on our own. We very highly recommend them.

Fantastic safari!

We had a fantastic safari with Kubwa Five! Our safari took us to Kibale to see the chimpanzees, Queen Elizabeth National Park and then to Bwindi to see the gorillas. Smith, our guide, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had lots of laughs together! I also really appreciated how Kubwa Five went above and beyond to ensure our safari went smoothly. We had an action-packed day filled with chimpanzee trekking and then a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel. I wanted to check-in to my hotel in Queen Elizabeth before the boat safari (we were meant to go on the boat first) and they were happy to accommodate me. But because of my request, we actually ended up missing the boat. Kubwa Five told me it was no problem and promptly arranged another boat on the spot which I really appreciated. So the safari went incredibly smoothly. The highlight had to be seeing the mountain gorillas. Nothing quite prepares you for seeing these magnificent animals!

Once in a lifetime trip

We just had the most amazing 25 days in Kenya, Rwanda and Uganda with KubwaFive! Since the beginning, the agency demonstrated to be a responsible and replied us throw WhatsApp anytime. We had seen many animals during ours safari’s, specifically lions (15 at once! 😁), and saw even a baby lions and a baby leopard! We also never forget our meeting with the gorilas, such a surreal experience! Thank you so much for organizing this amazing trip! African food was delicious and the lodges were outstanding! We had 3 different guides, one in each country and they were all wonderful! We also want to make a special complement for our guides! This trip would not be the same without them! Tony, Smith and Mustafa were wonderful!!! I spend my birthday during this journey and the agency was very kind and provided a special birthday cake for me! Can’t wait to go to Africa again!!!

Fantastic Experience (No, Really, It Was Actually Fantastic!) We're not kidding, folks! Everything went off without a hitch, and we're still grinning from ear to ear. John, our trusty guide, showed up on time (miracles do happen!), and was like a walking encyclopedia of awesomeness. He shared his life stories, and we were riveted (who needs Netflix when you have John?!). He was very knowledgeable about animals and birds in all the national parks we visited. The trip was so smooth, we are pretty sure we heard angels singing in the background. And the best part? No meltdowns, no lost luggage, no "I forgot my passport" moments (okay, maybe just one, but John had a spare... just kidding!). All joking aside, we can't recommend this experience enough.
