Responsible and attentive
The company met and exceeded my expectations, they were very attentive to the only request we made to keep the guide. Who by the way is an excellent person (David Irafay) The food is homemade, it is very good and abundant. Zafari's time was very sufficient and always in motion to have good views.

Bakari was confident and experienced; we always felt safe and cared for, and he surprised us a lot!
Value for the money: exceeded expectations! We had high expectations for this trip and we were blown away by the experience! What we experienced was easily worth more. Communications and service: most of the communications were good, except they didn’t describe well what we would need for camping. For example, we were told that all we needed for camping equipment would be provided, but in reality there was no toilet paper at the camp grounds, no pillows, no rags or towels, no soap or shampoo, and sleeping bags weren’t tracked each camp sight so we ended up using the bag of someone else the second night. Also, there were only cold showers, which is a problem of the camp grounds (not the tour company) but they did not prepare us for that. Reliability: they were VERY on time and I felt they were completely reliable with how/when/where things would happen. We also felt safe the whole time. Tour itself: Trip of a Lifetime! It wasn’t luxurious, but it was safe, fun, with an easy atmosphere, friendly, and there was a sense of adventure the whole time. Bakari was very accommodating based on everyone’s interests and needs. He was an expert at spotting animals, some so far away that we couldn’t even see them with binoculars until he brought us up close to them. We got very close to all of the big 5 except a leopard, and we got very close to many other animals. We would EASILY use this tour company, and especially the tour guide, Bakari, again.

David
Butler-style service, caring about the feelings of travellers throughout the whole process.
Special praise for our driver Alisha, who is almost omnotent. Under his guide, we saw the Big Five, dozens of lions, and several leopards and cheetah. Vehicle problems can be handled quickly. Along the way, he also taught us Maasai language and teached us Maasai sings, which provided full of emotional value. I also want to praise the chef Babu. Under limited conditions, he can cook all kinds of delicious food in different ways, and the amount of food is also sufficient. He silently served the food and silently cleaned up the leftovers.

Very experienced guide, providing various excellent animal observation and shooting angles
The entire itinerary is arranged reasonably, and the accommodation camp allows for close contact with animals such as zebras. The daily food is very suitable for Chinese tastes, and the prices are also very reasonable。

An exceptional tour operator that delivers a perfectly organized, unforgettable safari experience.
I would definitely recommend Moria Safaris! We purchased a five-day package, and everything met the standards agreed upon with the company. This was our first safari experience, and the guide who accompanied us throughout the trip made it truly spectacular, allowing us to see the Big Five. I would like to give a special mention to David, who was extremely patient and made our trip absolutely amazing. (automatic translation from Spanish)

Great personnel and organization
The tour was perfectly organized from beginning to end. The communication was perfect at all times, the guide was motivated, kind, funny and had a lot of knowledge. The cook made the best food I ever ate every day, it was super healthy and fresh. The accommodations were good as for the budget level, the camping was a lot of fun and we spotted many animals. I also added two more days to the original safari, which was no problem and neatly planned. I always knew what would happen next and never felt lost. Also on the two extra days all people were very kind and fun and I had an even better time than I would have expected. 1000% recommend!

Coffee , tea and milk is served.Fresh vegetables, fruits and meats are delicious. The only trouble we had was that the campsites we stayed mostly were lack of hot showers.Cold shower was freezing. The guide is experienced . We have witnessed so many kinds of animals. As a whole , it’s an amazing journey for us. We really enjoyed it.

The wildlife reminded us to live in awe of nature and all life. We are one world!
It has been over ten days since my first safari trip ended. On the last day, the manager asked me to write a review on the spot to acknowledge their work, but I declined. I wanted to take my time after returning home to reflect on the experience and express my thoughts sincerely, rather than rushing to give a high rating just for the sake of it. I came across Moria on Safari Booking somewhat serendipitously. I was almost ready to book with another company, but their response time was less than ideal. In contrast, Moria’s owner was responsive on WeChat, efficient, and professional. The pricing was reasonable, and I didn’t feel the need to negotiate. I customized my itinerary to include pre- and post-safari arrangements, airport transfers, and a 5-day budget shared group tour. Overall, it was well worth it. The safari itself was enjoyable and relaxed. Our guide, Eli, was knowledgeable and managed to show us the Big Five and the Great Migration—we felt truly lucky. He was also communicative, observant, and clearly experienced. That said, toward the end of the trip, after long days on the road, he seemed a bit tired and occasionally less patient. This is understandable, as guiding the same trails repeatedly must be challenging, and maintaining constant enthusiasm isn’t easy. One issue worth mentioning involves the group dynamics. Since it was a shared tour, guests from different companies were grouped together. Originally, the final day’s volcano safari was scheduled to end at 2 PM. However, due to some guests needing to catch a flight, the whole group had to return several hours earlier. I was initially told that separate transportation would be arranged for those in a hurry, so the rest of us wouldn’t be affected. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible, and we all returned together. To make up for the shortened activity, the company added a visit to a city museum, which I found to be a thoughtful gesture. That said, the communication during this process was lacking. There was no prior notice or explanation from the company—everything was relayed through Eli after internal discussions. Even when I sent a message to inquire, I received no response. From a customer’s perspective, this felt dismissive. It seemed as though the company’s approach was simply to resolve issues internally without keeping the client informed or reassured. This may reflect the owner’s straightforward style, but at times, it came across as indifferent. For example, on the first day, we agreed to meet at 8:10 AM. I received a call at 8:00 AM questioning why I wasn’t ready yet, and the owner’s tone felt rather cold and reproachful. I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of service awareness. The customer experience isn’t only about what happens on the safari—details and communication matter greatly. I also think it would be helpful if the company provided a checklist of essential items or helpful tips before the trip. Many visitors are on their first safari and may not be fully prepared for conditions in the camp or what to bring. A simple list of tips would be a thoughtful touch—I’ve seen other agencies do this, and it’s greatly appreciated. I’m sharing these points with the hope that Moria can recognize areas for refinement. Good communication and attention to detail are key not only to attracting customers but also to retaining them. Before I left, the owner, Joshua, came to the vehicle and gave me a staff T-shirt. I had mentioned to Eli earlier that I liked the design, and he kindly arranged for me to have one. It was a meaningful souvenir, and I’m very thankful for that gesture. Overall, the trip was smooth and enjoyable. I truly love this country and was touched by the warmth and friendliness of the local people. I sincerely hope Moria continues to grow and improve. I would gladly join another tour in the future. A slightly reluctant 5-star rating as a gesture of support and encouragement.r
