The organisation and support from Allan was very kind and perfect. The price for the one day safari to tarangire national park was appropriate. We saw many animals and it was really great. Our guide Hassan was very kindly too. We loved it

This was the perfect vacation!!!! LOVE IT

We did a 5 day safari with Nkollotours in June for our vacation. Allan offered a perfect service from the very start, answered all our questions and believe me we were annoying, (at least I thought) but he had so much patience, until the end of the tour. We visited 3 National Parks on our trip and enjoyed every single one of them. We were only two people on the tour although we booked the standard tour. The car was in good condition, clean and very secured. Our tour guide, Victor, He knew where to look for hidden animals, he shared his vast knowledge of African wildlife. He even found a private campground were we stayed on our own with all sorts of animals around. Amazing feeling! The tents were new and big enough you could almost stand. We enjoyed to be on a very individual tour. THANKS to Allan for constantly checking on us, we were overwhelmed with his exceptional customer service, assurance and for the best experience in a Safari. I would book again with Allan on a Heartbeat.

The booking process was easy and Nkollo tours answered all questions and catered to adaptions we requested. The safari was amazing and well organised. Our guide, Emmanuel was very knowledgeable and knew the best spots to go to in the parks. The food we ate was tasty and suited all our dietary requirements. All our questions were happily answered and nothing was too much to ask for. Nkollo tours helped organising onward transport after our safari which was very helpful. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tanzania! Excellent service and had a great time ☺️ made our first time in Tanzania a memory for life.

Overall Experience: 10/10 We absolutely loved our safari experience. We saw all the animals we were hoping to see — including the Big Five — and visited every destination exactly as scheduled. Everything ran smoothly and on time. ⸻ Driver/Guide: 10/10 – BOOK RICHARD! Richard was outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. He kept the vehicle clean and comfortable every day, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we appreciated both the wildlife and the landscapes. At one point, he even predicted animal behavior — which allowed us to witness lionesses chasing and hunting a buffalo and its calf. An unforgettable experience. I would absolutely request Richard again. ⸻ Lodges: 9/10 We stayed at Masailand Coffee Lodge and Farm of Dreams Lodge. Both lodges were very nice, though the internet connection was quite poor at both locations. Farm of Dreams felt more like a resort and offered more activities, while Masailand Coffee Lodge was quieter and more relaxing. It was slightly disappointing to learn after payment that the originally quoted lodge was unavailable, although the team did a good job finding alternatives. It would be helpful to clearly inform clients before payment that lodge availability is not guaranteed. ⸻ Lunch Boxes: 8/10 The safari lunch boxes were fine, but they could be improved by adding fresh salads or more variety. I’m sure if I had made special requests, they would have accommodated them. ⸻ Tented Camp: 10/10 We stayed at Misako Luxury Tented Camp, which truly offers the best of both worlds — nature and comfort. We were in the middle of the savanna, surrounded by wildlife, while still enjoying resort-level comfort: private bathroom and shower, hot water with great pressure, buffet meals, internet (weak signal), and a bar. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They made a bonfire for us at night and ensured our safety from nearby wildlife. The only inconvenience was that the bar accepted cash only, and we were not informed beforehand. ⸻ Staff: 10/10 Staff at the lodges: 10/10 Staff at the tented camp: 10/10 Everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive. ⸻ Maasai Village Visit: 10/10 We visited a Maasai village — don’t skip this! They are very welcoming and genuinely teach and show you their lifestyle. It was a meaningful cultural experience. ⸻ Animal Sightings: 10/10 The only animal we saw from a distance was the rhino. Every other animal was just feet away from us. I highly recommend visiting during calving season — it’s absolutely adorable seeing all the baby animals.

All of our dreams came true

I did my research and chose Nkollotours. I’m so glad I did! I contacted about 10 tour companies and starting narrowing down the list… For me, it was all about a high-quality experience with the animals, at a low price. They always responded quickly to my emails. The operator was always active, he really cared about us as clients and it showed. He met us in person on our arrival day and talked to us for an hour for orientation questions. I’m glad we supported a locally owned business. The safari experience itself was incredible. They always made the best soups every night. My favorite main courses were the lamb with the sauce and the spaghetti. We said we didn’t like bananas and we never saw them… For dessert one night, they made us mango fruits, yummy. As part of our packed lunch, they always made sure we had hot water for coffee or tea. Very thoughtful. Our itinerary was 6 days and 5 nights, covering Tarangire, 2 nights at Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. Private is best because you can comfortably invade each other’s space to take pictures from the pop-up roof, sit and observe the animals. It was super comfortable. Book with NkolloTours,you won't regret.

I would strongly recommend Nkollo Tours & Safaris the whole experience was outstanding and much more than I could have imagined. From the start to the end the service has been of an excellent standard. The tour guide was friendly, accommodating and educated us about Tanzania culture and the food. This was an all female family trip and we felt safe throughout the Tour. Our trips to the Tarangire Safari Park and Ngorongoro were an experience of a lifetime seeing animals in their natural habitat close up.

This was an incredible tour company! Vincent was our guide and he made this trip a once in a lifetime experience. He was so friendly and kind and funny, he made us feel like old friends. We saw AMAZING animals and scenery thanks to the knowledge Vincent had. The lunch was absolutely incredible, he even parked next to a heard of animals and we had lunch right next to them! It rained once on our trip and I was a bit nervous about the mud and descending into the crater, but Vincent was so safe and such a skilled driver we felt safe the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about this tour company. From the suggestions of places and lodges we stayed at, to the actual information given to us on the safari. We had an amazing time and I’m so grateful for this trip. When another safari company was having trouble with their vehicle, Vincent stopped to make sure they were okay. That was so nice to us. The company also surprised us with several nights celebrating our anniversary. We got so lucky and saw all the big 5 animals. We just have to come back to see the Cheetah! Highly Recommend Nkollo Safari

We recently went on an African safari with the Nkollo tour group, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. I worked with Mercy, who organized an itinerary exactly the way I envisioned it. Every question I had was answered quickly and kindly, and I felt supported and comfortable throughout the entire planning process. From the moment we landed, to the final airport drop-off, everything was flawlessly arranged. Our lodging throughout the trip was also beautiful, welcoming, and perfectly chosen for both comfort and proximity to the parks. Each place we stayed added something special to the experience. We have to give the biggest shoutout to our game driver, Ringo. He is someone with a deep respect for nature and wildlife, and you can feel his passion in everything he does. Thanks to his years of expertise and his patient, thoughtful approach, we were able to enjoy a truly unique safari experience without ever feeling caught in the crowds of other tours. His understanding of the animals and the land gave us unforgettable moments. Including witnessing an extraordinary sighting of a pride of 19 lions during a hunt. Truly an experience we’ll never forget. Thank you again to Ringo, Mercy, and the entire Nkollo team for creating such an incredible, seamless, and meaningful adventure for us. Well organised and professional guided tour, with also some local community focus.

We had a great 3-day safari tour organised by Nkollo. Our guide David was very knowledgeable about the animals and nature, with lots of interesting stories. We have seen many mamals and birds, up to more than 70 different species. All was perfectly organised and planned in time. Also the stay in the Selous Safari Lodge was excellent.

Nkollo Tours & Safari is a local tanzanian agency from Arusha. Through Safari Booking I had been in touch smoothly to get information on how to book and how to plan a 4 days safari. Allan and Mercy had been always aside me remotely in Italy for assistance and enquirements. In parricular, Mercy has followed every step of this experience from the very beginning, to the reservation, the on progress safari and to the conclusion. Her availability and patience have helped me a lot from abroad. Our safari was private, so we had a jeep 4x4 all for us. Emmanuel was our driver/guide and has become one the best encounters in Tanzania: a person that can be very available and accomodating with people, very kind and very respectful. He is an excellent driver. He is friendly and was always prepared to answer to our question inherent animals. The accomodation for our first night has been “Suricata Boma Lodge”, a very comfortable solution with an amazing view on lake Manyara. During our second and third night we stayed in “Moyo Tented Camp” that has been our favorite one. Why? Because for two nights in a row you can stay inside Serengeti National Park; then you have a view on the area where dig digs and buffalos (to mention some) like to ruminate during the night and in the early morning; finally the staff of this camp is special and give you the opportunity to have dinner with your guide/driver. I think it is an important moment in which you can know better the person you are travelling with and you can share impressions about the day shared together. For me this aspect has been a plus (along with the quality of the food). All the safari is very well organised, from the driving time, to the lunch time and the visit you will have in each site or park. We have previously asked to pick us up and drop us off at a specific guesthouse in Arusha along with a “special request” of having vegetarian meals since we do not eat meat or fish. Again, thanks to Allan, Mercy and Emmanuel this memorable safari experience has been possible. What you read in the quote you see on the website and then you receive in the quote is fully respected.
