A reliable and flexible company

We made a safari with Smile for 8 days. We visited three NP, Nyerere, Mikuni , Ruaha. The company is very flexible and adjusted the program to our wishes. They do what they offer and communication with Jacob Moshi is good. It is a reliable company and that is important. In Nyerere park we had Mr Deo as driver/guide. We had an open car which is excellent. Mr Deo is enthousiastic and an expert. For the other two parks we had Mr Saloum as driver-guide. He has a lot of experience in the parks. In Zanzibar Smile is represented by Mr Nurdin. Excellent services. Overall , good and reliable company. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable trip with amazing tour guide

We flew in from Zanzibar and did a 2 day safari in Nyerere, and everything was very well organised. We can't say enough good things about our guide Eric, who does his job with a lot of passion. He is very knowledgeable, and never got tired from our many questions. Our kids (15-22 y/o) enjoyed every minute of the trip, from the moment we arrived. Seeing a giraffe even before touching down sure helped to get them enthusiastic, but honestly, the breakfast location, the people, the safari, the lodge, everything was just super special. Our kids ate termites during the bush walk, were fascinated by the many different and special birds we saw during the boat trip, and couldn't get enough of the truck ride. It was december so we didn't get to see zebras or buffalos (at least not living ones) but we saw all the other animals. Elephants wading through the water with little babies, tens of crocodiles resting after feasting on a buffalo, hippos from far and very nearby, giraffes with their babies, a pregnant lioness, baboons, turtles, impalas, warthogs, bush babies, waterbucks, it was just amazing. Thank you Eric, for giving us this unforgettable experience.

Professionalism and competence

Fantastic 5 night safari at Mikumi, Nyerere and Udzungwa Mountains parks with Smile with us. The staff we communicated with for the organization was very helpful and prepared to accommodate our requests. The guide Hassan speaks good Italian and managed our entire trip with great professionalism. The driver was competent and professional. The hotels we stayed at (Bastian Camp and Nyerere Tended camp) are quality hotels with great accommodations, exquisite cuisine and exceptional staff. The hotel inside the Mikumi park (Bandas camp) offers very simple accommodation and cuisine but still equipped with everything you need. Doing this type of safari by car was fascinating because it allowed us to see and learn about many local realities. Mikumi and Nyerere parks are smaller parks than those in the north but with the great advantage of a lower presence of tourists. Nyerere is still a rather authentic park! We spotted, even very closely, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas and various birds. The excursions to the Masai village, the safari boat and the trip to the Udzungwa Mountains were fantastic. Particular and curious is the walking safari of about two hours with Doctor Simba to discover the traditions linked to the different plants of the savannah. In short, an INDIVIDUAL safari and not a group one, EXCEPTIONAL! Congratulations Smile with us! (automatic translation from Italian)

Canceled tour

We booked the tour and made the full prepayment but had to cancel the trip to Tanzania because of the family reasons. The company "Smile with us" fully reimbursed our expenses as it was agreed and described in the terms of conditions. They were all the time online and responsive to the different requests. I trust this company because in addition to the professional tour's arrangements they were fully committed to send the prepayment back. Good service and smart work with the customers.

The tour operator sent the offer in few hours and for my additional questions the promptly answer. All the tour steps were organised by the company proffesionally. Our driver, Mr. Salum Msese offered an enjoyable offroad tour across riverbed, bushes and impossible places. We could observe a lot of animals, animal familiesand their movements. It is a 5 star companies and I reccomend for everybody indcluding families.

First at all, I want to show my appreciation to this magnific Safari tour that in all the tour they had an incredible service in all the senses. Me and my friends we had 3 days safari with Smile With Us and from the first day we had very good connection with the driver and the cheff (Thanks Amani and Erasto), they explain to us everything about the animals and spots that we had during the trip. The cheff was awesome with all the breakfasts, lunchs n dinners. People was jealous from us for having such an amazing meals jajaja TOP!. #Erasto number 1. The driver was totally good in the whole trip. We enjoyed so much with him, his pattient and good humour with us for taking pictures everywhere and talk about everything of the safari was very good. He struggled a lot to search the best animals around for looking at them. The jeep is super comfortable, the roof is nice to have other views. The windows is ok. Generally, the car is perfect for the tour. Thank you so much Amani. Finally the conection by whatsapp with the guy fixing the planing and the options for the safari was very good. He answer really fast and help in everything u need if u have doubts about the trip. So if I have to give a rate to this marvelous team is 100 of 10. Great Safari time with Smile With Us Tours !

I went for a private 3-person safari with these guys and we all loved it! Before it started I have asked Jacob many questions and we arranged everything as we wanted (4 days from Mwanza to Arusha). Our driver was Bern and the cook was Edward. Both of these guys were doing their best to make our safari a lifetime adventure and they did it. Bern is a very experienced driver who knows Serengeti like his own pocket and Edward was a real Chef cooking delicious food. Many thanks for both o you guys! Please remember that Safari is not a ZOO and you can't control animals. But if you have an experienced driver then he will know how where to go - Bern is one of them. Thank you very much for the lovely trip!

Absolutely amazing safari

From start to end the experience with Jacob and Smile With Us was brilliant. We'd never been on safari before but Jacob made it simple, suggesting a fantastic 6-day trip from Dar es Salaam to Selous and Mikumi national parks. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day we started the wonderful driver and guide Omari showed up with a rugged Land Cruiser, which is just as well as there had been a lot of rain and the vehicle's 4-wheel drive was needed at times as we sloshed through deep mud and water. Throughout Omari was incredible. Really knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He also has a deep respect and love for animals and wildlife, even to the extent of waiting for a column of soldier ants to cross the road in front of us. We saw elephants, lions, hippos, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, impala, warthogs, hyaena, zebra and loads of birds and other animals. Perhaps one of the highlights was seeing a huge crocodile eating a zebra on land right next to our vehicle while hordes of vultures waited to come in for their turn. Omari always seemed to have a six sense when it came to finding interesting things to see. He was also one of the most friendly and sociable people I've met, always stopping to chat and exchange info with other drivers and park rangers, or helping change a tyre on another car. The accommodation was good, and we never had to worry about food or water. There were long distances covered, especially driving between Selous and Mikumi, but for us that was part of the fun, and having the opportunity to see ordinary life across Tanzania. The last night was our wedding anniversary and Jacob arranged for a group of Maasai warriors to sing and dance for us at dinner while delivering a cake. Truly special memories. We can't recommend Smile With Us Tours enough. If you choose one company, choose this one.

Once in a lifetime!

We are just back from the best adventure in our lives and just can't wait to share it with all our friends! It was colorful, exciting and very fun! We saw many animals, met so many kind people, had so many different experiences... Toni was the best guide we could have - experienced, fun, with bright knowledge of the animals and the parks. The combination of the two parks was not an easy task because we were a lot on the road, but it gave us the opportunity to see the variety of Tanzanias nature. On April 02 to April 15 We had a unique safari with my wife and my three children.Our guide Ally Mvungi is also professional in all the areas. Accommodating, friendly, knowledgable

My wife and I did a one day Safari - drive from Dar es Saalam to Mikumi (this was actually a last minute change request by myself as we were supposed to go to Nyerere NP, but I found the roads to be too bumpy for my wife earlier in the week, showing that the company is very accommodating). Though we had less time at Mikumi, we left Dar early and the drive was very nice. Our driver handled the roads well. When we got there, we had another local guide take us in on an open safari vehicle (I had requested this for Nyerere, but they were also able to make this happen at Mikumi last minute). He was able to find many of the highlight wildlife for my wife. It ended beautifully with the guide playing some songs from the lion king (Circle of life) as we drove out watching all of the animals. It was a great experience. Recommend!

Very helpful, friendly and committed

We had a tour of 3 days/2 nights around Nyerere National Park (Selous) flying from and to Zanzibar. We absolutely loved the whole experience. The details of our tour were well communicated to us and the operator was very quick at responding to all of our questions (started via emails and then moved to WhatsApp). All the guides (boat tour, game, bush walk etc) were super friendly and committed to making sure the visitors enjoy their experience. Our guide for the game was Erick. He was absolutely the best, very knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond during the game. The accommodation was also good and really adds to the experience. Overall, would highly recommend it.

Fantastic safari experience

All the trip was really well organized by SMILE WITH US , starting from the pick up to the drop off. Jacob was always punctual to reply our questions. The Africa safari camp is beautiful and relaxing. It is just outside the park and you are surrounded by the nature protected every time by Masai. In boat safari, guided by Singha (Masai guide) we saw many hippo, crocodiles, monkeys and birds. The safari was incredible Mr Hassan was a perfect guide, helpful and gentle. He found a lot of animals for us, and he explained their behavior and features. Selous park is a paradise. If we want to find a small flaw, we personally didn't like so much the bush walking because 1hour in our opinion is too short to appreciate it.. Very Thanks to SMILE WITH US
