Unforgettable experience in a lifetime
We had booked a safari to Selous. It was the best experience we had in our life. It was beyond our expectations. Starting from quotation until the end, everything was clear. Jacob informed us about everything and helped us with getting a pcr test in Dar Essalaam. The accommodation, jeep, driver/guide (Hassan) and food were well organized, clean and good. No hidden costs or disappointments. We truly recommend everyone to book with Smiles with us Tours.

Safari and game drives was very new adventure for us! Jacob the organizer put all our needs and wishes in to a same package. Arrival and departure hotel, tented camp accommodation, transportations and safari game drives. Thanks for that! Everything went just how discussed and communication before and during the trip was fast. Tented camp was great, with those silly staff people and our driver Isack many thanks for him for teaching us a lot about animals and their life but also telling about local people life, culture and history. Isack was just right guide for us, although he learned Finnish very slowly :) Arrival and departure hotels was B&B so they were what they were. One star we have to take away, the reason really is the cost. Safari is quite expensive. And we never really got a clear idea of what the sum consists of. Afterwards, I wondered if I had paid too much, too little or just right. Well, usually you can't make new adventures without money.

Great service and value for money. The communication was fast and easy on WhatsApp. Payment was done safely online. The driver of the game drive, Salum, was great and we felt very safe. He showed us lots of animals and was great with our 6 year old daughter. We also loved the bush walk, which was great entertainment! Just keep in mind that cash is the only method of payment wile at the safari camp. Luckily Jacob was able to help us with that as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Smile with us tours!

We are a company of 5 people, took a Safari tour for 3 nights in October 2020. We liked everything very much! Accommodation in various hotels according to the program is good, there is swimming pools. The food is also good, there is always a supply of water. The road is not good everywhere, so be prepared for an African massage )) Our guide Tony is professional and a very nice person! He took care of us, listened to all our requests and even helped with ferry tickets to Zanzibar. He also recommended excursions in Zanzibar, and helped organize transfers to the hotel. The manager of the company was in touch with them all the time, He solved all the issues of payment (there were problems due to sanctions). I recommend the company! You will enjoy the service!

Great safari with great guide! Fredy shown us looooooots of animals - lions, cheetahs, leopard, flamingos, zebras, elephants, rhinos, giraffes and many more. Accommodation and food were excellent as well. Fredy knows everything: about animals, national parks and their history, and also he his English is perfect. But the most valuable thing was his amazing eyesight! Fredy sees animals even when they hide in the grass, even if they far away from us! He can predict their behaviour. That's why we have seen everything we wanted to. So I absolutely recommend this company and this guide. Thank you for unforgettable and safe trip!

I can't find words enthusiastic enough to describe my four-night safari in Tanzania with a group of 10 friends. It was an experience that far exceeded all my expectations and that I will carry in my heart forever. Being part of a group of friends made this adventure even more memorable. Divided into two jeeps, we shared emotions, amazement, and smiles at every corner of the parks. The duration of four nights and five days was perfect to completely immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of African wildlife and create indelible memories together. We had the opportunity to visit some of Tanzania's most iconic parks, including Serengeti North, Serengeti Central, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. Each of these parks gifted us a unique and captivating view of the region's natural diversity. Breathtaking landscapes and sightings of wild animals contributed to making this adventure an authentic and engaging experience. Our group was incredibly lucky with the sightings. We had the extraordinary opportunity to see all five members of the "Big Five," making each jeep ride an endless source of enthusiasm. The wildebeest crossings we observed were spectacular and breathtaking, while the scene of a lioness hunting left us breathless. But undoubtedly, the highlight was the sighting of a rhinoceros, such a rare moment that made our safari truly unique. The guides, Danny and Anthony, were instrumental in making the journey even more special. Sharing their deep knowledge and contagious passion, they turned each jeep ride into an educational and engaging experience. Their friendliness and dedication contributed to creating an atmosphere of friendship and adventure that made our journey even more special. Jacob's professionalism in crafting the itinerary was truly noteworthy. He managed to create a program that fully met our expectations, perfectly balancing sighting moments with accommodation comfort and travel arrangements. Isack's dedication in picking us up from Arusha and taking us to the airport for the flight to Kogatende was extraordinary. His courtesy and attention made us feel as if we were among longtime friends. The impeccable organization, both before and during the safari, added a touch of professionalism and comfort to the overall experience. The "Smile With Us" agency demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to ensuring that every aspect of our journey was well taken care of. Truly amazing experience
we have just got back from such an amazing experience with this company!!!!from initial interaction with the team here it was seamless, the hotel to airport transfer was completely private along with the tour. The guide named 'Eric' was the best guide- nothing was a problem for him and made sure we got very close to the animals but always kept the animals feeling safe and not scared. his communication was outstanding,a really really nice man. the lodge which we stayed was also very comfortable and luxurious again all staff where very friendly. would highly recommend Smile with Us tours 5 start company Eric and Isack made the experience amazing!!

Communication about our wishes for this 5 day safari trip to Mikumi, Udzungwa and Selous was very good and we got quick responses via e-mail and whatsapp - thank you, mr Jacob! We both eat vegan food and that is no problem at all, meals are delicious and our accomodations perfect. Jacob and Hassan (our driver and safari guide) are very helpful to help planning our trip. The most beautiful safari with the kindest tour guide who could have imagined!
My best friend and I did the 3 day Safari tour in Nyerere National Park last march. Even though it's supposed to be the beginning of rain season we were really lucky with the whole trip and the weather. The advantage of the rainy season is that nature was reaaally green and we were pretty much the only tourists in the whole national park. Our tour guide Mr Msese was very kind, who tried everything to make our safari trip as beautiful and comfortable as possible. He was really the most warm-hearted and caring guide we could have asked for - just like the whole team of the camp. The camp itself is so beautiful and with so much love and attention to every detail. The food was also very good and they did everything to make our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. Thank you again Smile With Us Tours Africa - for the most beautiful safari trip we could have imagined!! We definitely will be back some day. 100% recommandation!

Great tour with a great guide!
Overall it was a five star safari. We didn't really know what to expect. I've lived in Tanzania for three years, but this was my first safari. I don't know what I was waiting for! We saw all the big animals. I don't know why, but I really wanted to see hyenas and was not disappointed. Be sure to check out Smile With Us tours!

Freddy was excellent, knowledgeable, patient and makes the experience fun.
Great price, great communication from the beginning which really put us at ease. And questions were answered promptly and any problems we had were resolved and talked through. We would do another trip again through Jacob as he made the whole process great and Freddy was an excellent driver and guide.

we made a 3 day tour in Selous. Lewis was a great driver who drove super safe. during the safari we saw giraffes, antelopes, lions, zebras, hippos, and our guide Eric was extraordinary, very cultured, he taught us a lot of things and super nice. I recommend the adventure

I went with Smiling Tours to Mikumi and Nyerere National Park and I can recommend the company in terms of organization and reliability. The staff is very experienced and Moshi was available any time to answer our questions during the trip. Everything was perfect, the lodges, the driver, we had a great time! Professional, trustful and qualitative safari company
We loved our time with ‘Smile with us Tours’. We were with four friends and had a great trip. Msese was our guide, and he did whatever was needed to make us enjoy every moment and feel great and safe. He showed us all good places, and he knew Nyerere Park very well. He brought us to places where nobody else went because our 4x4 car was strong, and he knew the car very well. The communication with Jakub, the owner of the company, went nicely. He gave us a reasonable price. Much better than other companies. We met people in the lodge that went with other companies. They paid more for the same lodging. Also, the car we had was much better than other safari companies were using. All in all, we loved it, and we would advise everyone to work with Smile Tours. Thanks!

Once in a lifetime experience!!
We honestly couldn't rate this company more highly! We had a 5-day Safari in Tanzania, exploring the Makumi and Nyerere parks. Our experienced guide Salum was incredibly friendly and informative, he knew all the right spots to find animals in both parks and we cannot thank him enough for his efforts in making us feel comfortable and at ease. A highlight of this trip, in particular, was exploring the waterfalls and hiking trip, which was stunningly beautiful and provided a nice bit of variety to the trip. Communication before & during the trip from the guide and the company itself was impeccable. If you are looking for a comprehensive safari experience, no need to look any further, go with these guys! Excellent experience, knowledgeable and friendly
Jacob and Freddy have been terrific! From the beginning Jacob was prompt in accommodating and developing an itinerary that worked for our group. He went above and beyond to schedule our COVID19 testing with a local doctor before our departure. Freddy was our safari guide and driver and was with us during the entire stay. He understood what animals we wished to see and worked hard to spot them. He was great company and very knowledgeable about the culture, animals, plants and may other questions we asked during our trip together. We highly recommend using Smile with us travel and would use them again.
