Reliable, high-quality operator

This was the best experience of my life! We did the tour in Murchison Falls. As soon as we entered the park we were surrounded by animals! We had a nice touring car, provided with a fridge filled with refreshing drinks and a nice and experienced ranger to accompany us! We stayed at Bamboo Lodge, provided with cozy cottages, a pool and a good restaurant with friendly staff. The ranger was always nearby and ready to take us on a tour through the park whenever we wanted. We also went for a boat ride on the river nile all the way up to the waterfall. A list of some of the animals we witnessed: - Leopard - Elephants (inlcuding cute litte ones) - Giraffes - Waterbuffalos - Vultures (enjoying a waterbuffalo carcass) - Babboons (right at the entrance of the park) - Warthogs - Jackson's Hartebeest - Crocodiles - Hippos - Antilopes - Multiple monkeys - Many different birds - We couldn't find the lions so we'll be coming back for that one! It was really cool to see the animals in their natural habitat instead of seeing them behind bars in a zoo!

The safari was really good. I had a lovely time travelling around with the guide (Allan). He could give me all the information about all animals we saw. Also he knew were they were, so that I could see them from a very close distance. I would definitely recommend the trip and the company.

The Safari was amazing. Our guide Allan was extremely knowledgeable and he made sure my first Safari trip was the best possible experience. We got to see so many animals. The best part was the boat ride on the Nile where we saw many hippos and Crocodiles. The accommodation was very good, and the food was delicious. The early morning drives were magical, with the golden sunrise. If you're considering a safari, I highly recommend Gatsio Safariz!

Professional, organised, perfect trip to Murchison Falls!!

An unforgettable, amazing safari experience is just as much about the organisers as it is the animals. The team at Gatsio were next level brilliant. Flawless - from beginning to end. I felt so looked after by Benjamin during the planning stages of my trip. He genuinely cares, listens to what you'd like to have planned and then dedicates himself tirelessly to making sure all your needs are met. Communication was absolutely impeccable. The 3 days I spent alongside Vianne on my Murchison Falls trip were just incredible. I could've talked to him all day. Such a warm, personable and knowledgeable guide. I learnt so much. Professional guides that are fun, informative & professional

We booked the shoebill tour in Entebbe and Nickson was our guide. He made the day really fun & enjoyable, he was informative and made sure we had time to take great photos when we found the shoebill. Throughout the trip Nickson and our driver was professional & friendly. The transport was clean, spacious and the driver was very safe. This is a great trip to book if you want to get out of the city chaos.

This excursion was incredible, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a guided experience in Uganda! My partner and I did a 3 day guided safari with Allen. I have nothing but good things to say about him! He did well to make us feel comfortable, and to ensure we had the best time possible. He is personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and well spoken. Allen clearly knew his job well and was more than willing to answer any questions we had about the national park, animals, and general life in Uganda. We saw amazing sights across the 3 days including hippos, lions, giraffes, elephants, rhinos, monkeys, leopards and more! We appreciate the experience and will cherish the stories over the years to come.

Our Safari to Murchison falls was amazing. Our guide Allan was great, Allan knew so much about the animals, history of Uganda and Geograophy of places we visitors. he had a captivating communication style that made the tour very very engaging. Allan was so kind and humble. His knowledge of Murchison falls was amazing too, his knowledge helped us to see all the big 5 of Uganda all whilst learning so much about Uganda’s history and wildlife. We went on a day trip from Kampala to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Nickson is a very easy going communicative person. I would definitely recommend choosing him for your activities!

Great experience

My 3 days long safari in Murchison Falls was really great! The activities were balanced out perfectly with a short hike to see the waterfalls, game drives, a boat tour on the Nile, and the rhino tracking, which was my favorite! For me the strenght of safari was being able to see a lot of animals and stunning nature without having to be in the car all the time. The accommodations were super nice: confortable, clean and in beautiful locations. I highly recommend choosing Gatsio Safari as not only is it good value for money but you will also get a great service. Our guide Adams brought a lot of energy and created a good atmosphere in the group while Nickson managed my reservation answering all my questions, and supporting me with my requests, last but not least, he's also a very good hang. No reasons not to choose them!

We did the 1 day mabamba swamp shoebill stork tour. Everything was perfect gatsio did such a good job communicating the tour. We were fortunate to see tour shoebills and several other birds. 100% recommend.

Well-organised, flexible, and great communication

The safari was a great experience! Together with a group of five young travellers and our tourguide/driver, we went on a three-day safari to Murchinson. The drive was fast, the days were full of fun activities, and it was even possible to add an extra activity to the itinerary after asking. No false promises were given by our driver: nature decides. However, we were lucky and saw the full big 5!

I went with Gatsio to Murchison National Park. I appreciated how they were able to cover 4 big experiences: Ziwa rhinos, hike to the falls, morning game drive, and the boat on the nile, so I didn't feel like I missed out on anything even during a short trip. Our guide Peter was lovely and very knowledgeable. The safari car was spacious and the roof could open to see animals. Our guide made sure we hit as many of the Big 5 as possible.
