In July me and my boyfriend went to Tanzania and decided to go with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. From our initial conversations, planning the trip, to the very end of our journey they company was very accommodating. They replied fast whenever we had questions, helped make custom changes like adding a one day hike to Kilimanjaro, and provided us with a wonderful guide - Moses, that went out of his way to make this trip a memory for life. Moses was always on time and very knowledgeable about the parks, the wildlife and the culture. He answered our every question and always made sure we kept our schedule. I never imagined we’d be able to see all of the animals we did and I think it’s thanks to his experience and general know-how. This trip was beyond anything I would have ever imagined and I am so impressed with how much we were able to experience and see in one weeks time. I’d recommend Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club to anyone who plans to go to Tanzania to see wildlife and experience nature!

Amazing Honeymoon Trip! Highly recommend Kilimanjaro (Ask for Mary and Gerson)
We are incredibly grateful to the Kilimanjaro team for hosting us in Tanzania for our honeymoon. Everything from the planning to the drives to the stays were executed wonderfully. We planned our trip very last minute and Mary from the Kilimanjaro team was so helpful. We contacted many companies, but Mary was by far the most responsive and the most knowledgeable of the agents that we worked with. While we started off with one of the base packages (7 day), she worked with us to make a truly custom experience that worked with our schedule and price point. From the beginning to the end of our trip, she was readily available through Whatsapp to coordinate all details of our trip. We are truly thankful to her and we hope all people will get to work with her for their trips to Tanzania as well. Once we were in Tanzania, we met our guide Gerson. Gerson is truly a gem of the Kilimanjaro team. Not only is he an incredible driver who navigated some of the most difficult terrain to get us to our destinations safely, but also a fun guy who we enjoyed getting to know during our long drives between locations. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Tanzanian culture and wildlife and we learned so much from him. If you are planning a trip with Kilimanjaro, we highly recommend asking to work with Gerson.

An unforgettable experience!
My friends and I visited Tanzania back on August 2019. The trip was amazing and once in lifetime experience. Aenea and his team did a fantastic job communicating with us, finding out our travel style and creating a trip that was perfect for us. We got to experience the best of Tanzania main land and Island and loved every minute of it. We loved seeing all of the different animals, the parks were amazing. We did climb mountain Kilimanjaro and it was an awesome experience.

It was amazing and stunning. Everything well organised. A special thanks goes to our guide Denis, very patient and kind, his vocational training is excellent, he tell us many curious facts about animals and about every place we visited. Wonderful Experience! Highly Recommended!
A very unforgettable Safari experience! Highly recommend KASC! They responded quickly and were able to adjust the itinerary and make recommendations based on our needs. Give our guide Danis five stars! ! ! It was like an encyclopedia, answering all my questions about animals, plants, and customs. It told us a lot about animals along the way. We also knew the habits of animals very well. We could predict the movements of animals several times and let us see them very closely. I got them and successfully collected all the big five! Excellent driving skills and very patient and careful! Every time we find an animal, we keep moving the car to find the best angle for us to take photos and observe. Danis cleans the car every day. If we stand on the seat and look at animals, he will slow down the car, which is very considerate~ (automatic translation from Chinese)

Everything went perfect from pickup at the airport until drop of on the last day! This company is great! Vicent is simply the best Guide you can have! He was very kind, had a lot of knowledge and showed us everything we wanted to see. If we make a safari again we will again book with this company and hopefully with Vicent!

Amazing, better than everything we expected!
Today was our last day of our incredible 5 days safari with our amazing guide, Justin! We really enjoyed the time - started from Tarangire Nationalpark to Manayara Lake, two days Serengeti and one day in Ngorongoro. Justin showed us all the big 5 although it was very hard to find the rhinos. Justin explained so many things about the animals, culture and landscape to us and answered every question. He always went the extra mile with us. We felt very safe and the drive was great during the whole safari. Our highlights were special arrangements during our accommodations e.g., surprises like flowers on the bed, honeymoon cake and music by the locals. The lodges have been very unique and special. All the people have been very friendly the whole time and the food was delicious. We can highly recommend this safari with Justin and hope we will meet him once again!

Fantastic Safari
My family and friends took a safari to Tarangire National Park with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club last year and it was a fantastic experience. Makoninde was a fantastic person to work with. Pickup, drop off, and the safari were a breeze. I have been on 5 safaris in Tanzania and Kenya and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The vehicle was fantastic and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He even invited us to his house after for a fantastic dinner. I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a safari!

Efficient, responsive and trustworthy
We had a wonderful and memorable six day safari trip with our knowledgeable and experienced guide, Yao. We asked Yao what it takes to be a good guide, and the first thing he mentioned was that it is important to have a calm heart. We were a large group of seven people and Yao managed the day to day itinerary very smoothly, from our trips through Tarangire, Central and Northern Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and lastly Lake Manyara. He was patient in understand our needs, ensuring that we were all happy and rested. With his expertise in navigating through all the parks, we managed to spot countless animals and even witness the Wildebeest cross the Mara River. While luck is certainly needed, I’m sure we would not have been able to do it without him. Shoutouts to Prince who coordinated this trip with us multiple months in advance. We managed to pull this trip off smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Killimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. Thank you!

Truly amazing, I enjoyed every minute of every day
Pre-tour information and responses to queries were immediate and relevant, warm and personal. On arrival staff were friendly and helpful and the initial briefing relaxed and reassuring. Our trip covered Tarangire, two days in the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro crater and Manyara National Park. Very varied landscapes and terrain which allowed us to see a huge range of animals very close up in a variety of settings. I cannot speak too highly of our driver and guide, Justine. He struck the perfect balance between a friendly light hearted approach backed by tremendous knowledge and experience. He was always prepared to stop or divert if something caught our attention but equally delivered close up encounters with all the animals we’d hoped to see. He also arranged for us to spend an hour in a Masai village which was especially memorable. We used three separate sites for accommodation which were great for us and just as promised. Again facilities at all three were excellent and staff friendly and helpful. All in all it was a fantastic trip - one I shall never forget.

absolutely the best, our guide Eli is the best of the best
After coming back from the safari for a month, my heart still stays in Serengeti. The best part of the trip was (of course) the animals, but what made all the incredible sightings possible, was our wonderful wonderful guide Eli. I can't say enough good words about Eli, he is knowledgeable, he is dedicated, he is hardworking, he is all the good words you might find describing other wonderful guides as well, but he is more, and better. He found the perfect spots (and timing) to see the crossing (yes, we were able to saw it multiple times, and all at the most ideal locations, from different angels each time), he found us the communal den of spotted hyena, the sleeping lion cubs, the predating cheetah, the leopard mother and cub at eating scene, the whole lion pride, and so much more. Words just fall short. I will attach some photos after I submit the review (I'm still in the photo editing process, so this is definitely not all). I'm already planning to come back during the wet season again for the cubs and a greener background. The receptionist Mary is also great, she was the one that responded to my initial email with such enthusiasm and careful plannings with all of my requests in mind (not just some template used over and over again), and I am so happy with the itinerary that she helped me putting together. Mary made my initial booking process pleasant and smooth, while Eli wonderfully delivered all the plans and expectations ( and exceed the expectation much much more). I would def recommend this tour operator and our guide Eli to any close friends, or anyone who is into wildlife viewing and photography.

Memorable eight day safari
We spent 8 days on safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Dennis from Kilimanjaro Adventures and they are 8 days that we will never forget. Because of Dennis' incredible eye for nature, we managed to see an unprecedented amount of animals. Not only did we see the Big 5, but we were also very impressed with the amount of animals that we had never heard of before. From the peculiar Grey crowned crane to the cutest Dik-Diks, Dennis was simply spotting stunning sights left right and centre throughout our whole journey. Furthermore, we were lucky enough to witness the great Mara River crossing, where thousands of Wildebeest charge and swim across the crocodile-infested river, having to then avoid being victim of a lion ambush on the other side to reach the rain and greener grass in Kenya. Prior to this, we were immersed in an endless herd of Wildebeest as they neared the river. Dennis didn't only show us animals though, and we witnessed some beautiful African landscapes and sunsets. It was an unforgettable experience. However, it wasn't only the animals and landscape that we saw, because as we drove through villages, we were introduced to beautiful African culture. As we drove past, all the children would merrily wave with smiles on their faces as they came from or went to school. Everyone we met on our journey was incredibly friendly, we didn't see anybody who wasn't kind. We bought many souvenirs and Dennis knew all the best places where we could buy things. We also visited a Masaai village recommended by him and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, the accommodations that Kilimanjaro Adventures thought of for us to stay at were second to none. Each of the places we slept at provided picturesque views and a great experience. One night, as we returned from dinner, we encountered some zebras and antelope grazing in front of our tent! Overall, Kilimanjaro Adventures have given us a beautiful trip and a memory that will live with us forever.

Helpful, friendly and accommodating
We found Kilimanjaro adventure Safari club on Safari bookings with good reviews. We contacted them and they answered all our questions. They were very accommodating and even helped organise a cake for my nephew’s birthday. Very good value safari package for money and it was perfect for our budget. The accommodations chosen were outstanding. Alex our guide was great and patient with my niece and nephew (6&8) they had loads of questions which he kindly answered. Looked for the lions and hippos so they can see all the animals they wanted to.

Thoughtful and professional Safari Club
Kilimanjaro Safari Club really paid attention to detail, was thoughtful, flexible, and professional! From the planning of our trip, to the moment we were picked up from the airport, until dropped off at completion of our tour they thought of everything. We felt comfortable and in good hands with our driver, Justin as well. The company made delicious and healthy foods for our game drives and took us to the most beautiful national parks. Justin also informed us about the animals we saw. He kept in contact with other guides and was able to drive us to locations where there were animal sightings (especially in the Serengeti where it is SO vast and spread out). We saw elephants, lions, hippos, hyena, giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, and many more! I even saw a leopard! It was the BEST experience! I really want to go back to the Serengeti some day to see the actual migration! Make sure you check times on that because I was told we were early by less than 2 weeks, even though I read it started in early July when we arrived. I would go later in July next time and spend a longer time in the Serengeti. It’s too big to see in a mere day and a half.

Unforgettable!
We are THRILLED with the experience that we had as a family doing the 7 days safari with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari. We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults + two girls aged 9 and 10) Before the Safari, the contact and replies to all our doubts were fast and efficiently resolved always via email and whatsapp by Makoninde. Payment was also very easy and reliable. We had chosen this company only from references in the web and now we will clearly recommend to our friends. We can only say a BIG THANK YOU to our super guide Rapha. His expertise on driving, animals and even spanish were amazing. Our kids really enjoyed and learnt a lot. Hi there, I had an excellent tour with Alex and Kilimanjaro safari club. They were on time with pick ups and their communication thru what’s app was great and answering all my groups questions. They also made sure our luggage was safe and returned in one piece. Alex our safari guide was a great time and really spend time with our group to see all the different animals. Perfect organized
We booked the 7 day midrange tour very early in 2022. I asked for three tours and Kilimanjaro trek was the first who answered . We texted and very soon we decided to make our tour with this operator. From the beginning handling was very professional and we never felt like „lost“. Our guide within the 7 did all effort to make this safari an experience of a lifetime for us. He has been more than 200 percent a 100 % successful. We saw all the big 5 so close , we have never seen before. For us it has been really the expierence of our life and we leave Tanzania full of memories. Kilimanjaro trek did. always take care about us and therefore Asante sana!!!.

A perfect safari with sightings of all the big five thanks to knowledge, contacts and efforts.
The Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club (KASC) made all efforts to provide the best possible safari experience through a very knowledgeable guide, Justin, who seemed to know all the other guides and thereby obtained tips about sightings of animals through continued contacts. Justin was also very responsible and helpful to other Safari participants who had run into problems like flat tyres, which I suppose contribute to being on excellent terms with so many other guides. As a result we saw loads of animals, both the ones easily visible in very good perspectives and the most rare and difficult to spot, like leopards, including all the big five. Justin and the KASC were also extremely helpful and saved no efforts in getting my suitcase, which KLM /Air France had lost on the way from Europe, all the way up to Serengeti from Zanzibar. In our programme (mid range/luxury) some of the hotels were more luxurious than others but they were all very nice and situated in a wonderful environment. They all also made great efforts to adapt to food intolerance etc and the staff was very nice.
