An unforgettable safari tour in Tanzania
We have experienced a wonderful tour through Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. We went to four National Park including Serengeti, the most famous one which can see lions and hippos closely. Also we saw elephants and giraffes in groups and it’s very nice. I would like to thank our guide Yao, he is really professional and patient, also good at finding and introducing the animals in wild. He treats us really nice and we are like friends in this 5 days travel. Trust me, it will be a very worthwhile trip in Africa to see animals, it is unforgettable.

The Best Company in the market!!
My husband and I were on holiday in Tanzania and we booked through the Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club both a safari trip and a trip on the top of Kilimanjaro. On both trips we had sweet and competent guides and we have got the best service all the way through. We would definitely recommend this company!

Amazing safari ever
It’s absolutely an amazing safari tour with Kilimanjaro adventure and our guide Denis!Every communication with the tour company was so smooth and with a rapid response via emails. They are reliable and professional. Denis is so experienced and he just an Encyclopedia that he knows everything for the nature and he makes the cat so clean everyday! We found our car is the most tidy one during the whole safari.Especially he knows most of the animals so that we know what’s the extinction species. Strongly recommended to choose safari with them!!!! Karibu kaka~

Incredible Experience!
Having traveled all over the world, this trip ranks towards the top of our list for experiences. Booking was somewhat easy, although making payment(s) was a little tricky. Upon arrival, we were met at the airport exactly as planned, and rode for approximately 90 minutes to our hotel. The hotel itself was good, although it was not the usual 'premium' hotel that they normally use. In the morning, we met our guide (Gasper) who packed our bags into the safari vehicle, and then he offered to stop at a grocery store for snacks, since we would be on the road for several hours. This safari package is different from the ones being offered in the South Africa region. We literally spent hours and hours in the vehicle, driving from one lodge to another, as we traversed the massive Serengetti region. Gasper was absolutely awesome! He afforded us SO many opportunities to see animals, everywhere we wen - and he went well above and beyond, every single day. We were two couples in decent shape, yet we were always glad to be out of the vehicle at the end of each day. You will want to be prepared for long, dusty, and bumpy rides for the entire time. (We were there 7-8 days). You will have an opportunity to meet some very nice folks at each lodge - they are wonderful. Unfortunately, the busy itinerary does not allow enough time to really get to know them. However, the minimal amount of time spent with them (during meal time), is really enjoyable. Pros: * Abundant wildlife sightings * Plenty of photo opportunities * Great guide Cons: * Roads are super rough, and incredibly dusty (no fault of KASC) * Safari vehicle is loud, rattles, no reclining seats (like others had) and windows did not fully open (Could use some maintenance) *An error was made regarding an overnight lodge, so we were 'upgraded' to another lodge - which was substantially worse than the one that we had already booked. This was hard to understand, since we had our full itinerary months in advance. Suggestions: * Bring a buff/facemask to combat the dusty roads. This helps with the dust that seeps into the safari vehicle * Quality binoculars are a must * Consider bringing some school supplies to donate to a local school - such a rewarding experience! * Add an additional night in Arusha upon arrival. It was nice to relax and catch up, after a very long flight.

Our tour guide Vincent was amazing knowledgeable and friendly we enjoyed a lot with him on our safar
Our tour guide Vincent was amazing knowledgeable and friendly we enjoyed a lot with him on our safari The trip was amazing because we got to see almost all animals that were there. Elephant sighting was highlight as we were able to see a whole family up close. Lunch and water are provided so it makes the trip easier. We stopped at some places for pictures when it was possible and our guide took many nice photos for us and was very helpful. The accommodation was amazing and incredible location. Food was great at the Eileens lodge and the other camp in the Serengeti. Definitely recommend to take the comfort package with Vincent as your guide. They are very good people and experienced also.you will get alot of knowledge about the places, people , customs and animals that u see.

An Unforgettable Trip!
I want to start off by saying KASC is not offering any incentive to post positive reviews, this is our unbiased opinion. For our honeymoon, my Wife and I did a 5 day/4 night safari through Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. We arrived in Arusha and visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Lake Manyara. Every step of the process, from the logistics and communication, to the actual safari itself, our Guide, Gasper, the lodging, the professionalism, was all above and beyond what we were expecting. I’ll break down the highlights below by category but overall, I would not hesitate to recommend KASC to anyone looking to take on a Tanzanian safari. Booking and Communication: We took our time when deciding which company to go with but ultimately decided on KASC, mostly because of our budget and what they could offer at our price point. They were very helpful through the booking process and it was very easy to make all the payments online. They were very quick to respond to all of our questions, especially considering the time difference. We actually asked our guide about this during the safari and he said they have people in the office that stay up to answer emails during the US workday. My Wife is pescatarian and we were slightly worried that her food options would be limited while we were staying at lodges or camps. KASC assured us this wouldn’t be an issue at all and they were right. I think we would have been fine even if we didn’t say anything about her diet, as all lodges had ample vegetarian options. Either way, it was clear that KASC had notified every lodge in advance because they all had a record of it and made sure she had plenty of options. KASC also moved us to a newer and nicer tented lodge in the Serengeti just a few weeks before our safari at no additional cost. Guide: Your safari guide is a huge part of your experience. You’re spending 12+ hours a day with someone in a car and are completely dependent on them for just about everything during the trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Gasper. He was, of course, very knowledgeable of the parks, animals, plants, and landscapes. He was also happy to teach us more about Tanzanian/Swahili culture. He was very adept at figuring out what we were most interested in seeing, even if we didn’t specifically tell him. As other reviews have mentioned, he does a great job at tailoring the experience to what you are wanting to get from it. Besides being great at his job, Gasper was great to hang out with for the 5 days we were with him. He kept us surprised and entertained throughout the whole trip and by the end we were thinking of him more as a friend than a guide. Accommodations: Another highlight for us was the lodges/camps throughout the trip. Each stop was wonderful, from the staff, to the food, to the rooms. All of the lodges had buffet style breakfast and dinners and none of the food disappointed. We came well prepared with medicine in case we had any stomach issues but never even had to break them out. We were pretty careful about the water at all the locations as they all advised us to not drink the tap water. All the lodges were good about providing bottled water for consumption so it was never a big issue. The lodges also provided great picnic style lunches for us each day that we could have in the park. Most of our lunches were curries with rice or pasta, kept warm in an insulated picnic box. This was a once in a lifetime trip for us and KASC and Gasper were a huge part of that. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Tanzania.

One of the best trips of our lives
One of the best trips of our lives Just a few days ago, we returned from an unforgettable, unique, nearly two-week journey to Tanzania. We booked the first part (Safari week) with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. From the initial inquiry in March to the drop-off at Arusha airport after the safari week in September, we felt in the best hands and perfectly cared for throughout. During the planning phase, the team—especially Mary—showed maximum flexibility regarding arrival and departure dates, allowing us to tailor the trip to available flights. The choice of accommodation was completely satisfying. Payment and airport transfers went smoothly. A big thank you again to the team! What truly made our trip a highlight was our guide, John Daniel Msemo. His experience and pleasant personality were such a great match that we can honestly say we parted as friends after the trip. He guided us from Arusha through Tarangire National Park to the northern Serengeti. After three nights in the Serengeti, we returned via the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park back to Arusha. What can we say? John made every single day a highlight. Of course, we were lucky, but above all, it was John’s extensive experience that enabled us to witness the great river crossing of tens of thousands of wildebeest at the Mara River and so much more: a lioness hunting a baboon, the “Big Five,” a large herd of galloping zebras, antelopes, grazing giraffes, lunch near hippos, sightings of leopards and cheetahs, lions in all kinds of groupings, and funny warthogs… We learned so much from John (not just the difference between baboons and monkeys, or leopards and cheetahs). He made the days so varied that even the sometimes long drives were no issue—there was always something to discover. Also worth mentioning is his respectful approach to wildlife and nature. His humor and overall friendly manner will be missed. We felt completely safe at all times. Even though a safari trip is a significant financial investment, we can only say: it was worth every cent! ASANTE!!!

There couldn‘t be a better safari!!
All the preparation was running smoothly, we got immediate responses to all our questions. The safari tour was a once in a lifetime experience. Kelly was the best guide you can imagine, his knowledge about animals is impressive and he takes you off the beaten tracks to give you experiences you will Never forget. The itinerary and the lodges were perfect. Highly recommendable.

Best possible safari experience! 100% recommend!
I did a 5 day safari to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara's national parks with my parents. The tour was perfectly tailored to our needs, the operator Aeneas was extremely responsive and also offered pick-up service to/from the airport and helped us arrange a hotel in Arusha. All accommodations during the tour were perfect and absolutely met our expectations. But the best was the safari itself with our extremely knowledgeable, experienced, kind and passionate guide Kelly. He knew a lot about all the wildlife and their behavior and also had a very keen eye and hence could spot lions, rhinos and other wildlife from far distances, hidden in high grass or trees. It was due to him that we managed to spot all the big 5 and so much more! He showed us more off-the-beaten-tracks parts of Serengeti and made us observe lions - some of them with multiple cubs - from super close distance, whole elephant families with babies and even a hunt and kill by a cheetah! He was also able to spot some of the well-hidden tree climbing lions at Lake Manyara National Park. It was my third safari, but by far the best! After this I won't be able to do more safaris as they won't be able to live up to my experience with Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club!

Making Memories for a Lifetime!
Africa is a very special place as it is one of the last frontiers on the planet where we can see an abundance of flora and fauna in their natural setting. And to visit it without disturbing the area is the only way I like to visit Africa. So I look for conscientious guides that care about their culuture and want to show off their country. But to still be immersed as much as I can in the culture and the people. Aenea Makoninde's Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club is a premier way to see Kilimanjaro! The guides cater to your needs so that it's not an arduous march and you enjoy pushing yourself but not too much; let's face it, we didn't want a marathon race for a vacation, right? The guides are well versed in the local flora and fauna to educate us as we trekked along. In Africa, things happen; to say it nicely. And so it's important to have people that are efficient and flexible to roll with the punches so that your trip is successful. Aenea's guides handled all issues flawlessly. The food was fantastic! It was a great mix of quality comforts of home with some specials from the African continent. I love the variety of fruits that we don't see in the U.S. So, if Kilimanjaro is on your bucket list, then Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club will make it a wonderful cherished memory that will last a lifetime.

Spectacular and wonderful. Best safari company and guide ever
Amazing safari, amazing guide!!! It’s our first time going to Tanzania and we are so grateful that we choose this safari company. Best credit goes to our guide - Vincent!! He’s the best driver, best guide and our first and best friend in Africa ever. Vincent took care of us very well and tried his best to make us have a wonderful trip. I believed he’s the one who brought us luck. We had seen ten lions in just one day and a magnificent Mara river crossing when we just arrived in Serengeti National Park. Vincent amused us everyday during the safari with his extraordinary vision. He can always spot the wild animals far far away from us and even when he is driving. I will definitely come back again and find Vincent for another Safari experience. Asante sana, Vincent. Asante sana, Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. Thank you very much for this spectacular experience.

Africa has the beauty of Nature at hand
From the airport to the Safari, the operations are handled in such a professional way to warm your heart. The price was quoted and negotiated was worthy the Visit in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Mt Kilimanjaro trekking

Trip of a lifetime, plus!!
Prince set up our trip, and adjusted it numerous times as other plans changed, so helpful! Then Denis took over for our private tour, and was so informative and knew where the animals were! Saw the big five, and some close up!

Fantastic Safari With Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club
We did a week long Safari with Kilimanjaro trek. They are simply fabulous. Aenea was very understanding and cooperative in planning our Safari. Everything was arranged very well right from the airport pickup to dropping us back at our final destination. There was so much attention to detail. Our guide Dennis was fantastic. He was extremely experienced, passionate and was able to spot animals from long distances. We saw all the big 5 as part of our Safari. Can't wait to come back to Tanzania to do a Safari with Aenea's group again.

Just wow!!
'Karibu Rafiki' which means 'Welcome my friend' is not only said, but lived by the guys from Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club. From the first minute we got along great with our guides Alex and Gasper, who picked us up from the airport. After an overnight stay in the lodge in Arusha, we set off with 2 land cruisers to the Tarangeri National Park. After long planning and lots of friends, the time had finally come. We saw zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, ostriches, gazelles, pumbas and of course elephants, bulls, jaguars and lions. We loved it! We always felt safe with Alex, we received a lot of information about animals, the country and culture, and of course we couldn't miss one or the other Swahili lesson. In the following days we visited the Serengeti National Park for 2 days, slept in luxury lodges in the middle of the park and were allowed to hear the sound of the Serengeti. On the 4th day of the safari we were allowed to visit the picturesque Ngorogoro Crater, which can only be described with one word 'WOW'. The next day we visited a local coffee farmer, who introduced us to his way of making coffee and invited us to a traditional lunch. Saying goodbye at the airport was very difficult. It was an incredibly intense time that we will always remember. I would like to thank Alex and Gasper from the bottom of my heart and I hope that many more people will be able to experience Tanzania like we did! (automatic translation from German)

Simply outstanding
This is simply a wonderful company to travel with. We've actually done 2 trips with them - a safari and the Kilimanjaro climb. We also recently referred a friend who had a wonderful experience. They have a fantastic knowledge of safaris, understand what's important to travelers, and have terrific guides who very patiently provide excellent service and wildlife viewing to clients.

Quick in responding and tailored the trip according to our wishes.nice accomodations suggested
We had an amazing holiday. Everything was well planned and we spent the night in wonderful locations, especially the ones in the parks or just out of them. Just the day hike at Kilimanjaro was a bit in a rush, but still worth it. Our guide Gasper was a great companion: he was always helpful and knowledgeable about the animals and where to find them. The last three days with a night at Maramboi(if you go there do the walk with the Masai guide), Kilimanjaro and amani cultural turism were great since they allowed us to walk in the lush Tanzania nature, close to animals. Indeed the only drawback of the safaris is that in the parks you have to stay in the car the whole time so we recommend planning also some additional activities if you want to be more in contact with the nature. The tour company itself was very quick in responding at all time, and they tailored the trip according to our wishes. This was the reason we chose them since we organized the trip only 15 days ahead. Honestly we were a bit worried by all the 5 star review, but everything turned out to be as good as expected.
